Our family was very happy with our stay. Communication with Dennis was quick and easy and very helpful. The condo was clean and ready for us to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.

We love sunset island and have stayed in different units on Sunset Island over a half a dozen times. Dennis was by far the best host. The checkin process was smooth and he kept us up-to-date with all the happenings on site. There was so much for our family to do. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. It really was a beach haven. The unit contains everything you could possibly need for a week stay with family and more.

It was an easy check in process. We needed a place with elevator and walk in shower for accessibility and it was really a great place. The drive down to the boardwalk was easy and there's plenty of options right around this location, too. Definitely would stay again if we come back to this area.

Great stay!

Owner is very detailed and helpful before and during the stay. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen with appliances, dishes etc. I've stayed in sunset island before and this location was perfect! Would definitely rent here again!

Thanks so much for renting our condo during the last week in June. Yes we try to keep the kitchen well equipped based on suggestions from previous guests. We agree, we love our location - we have a great view of the clock tower and Interactive fountain and we can watch the kids play in the fountain. At night, both the fountain and clock tower are beautifully lite up. We hope to rent to you again soon!

Great place

Enjoyed our time at the condo. The accommodations were perfect. We went for the Oceans Calling Festival which was canceled, so we enjoyed days and nights in when the weather was not so good. Would stay here again.

Thank you so much for renting our condo during the last week of September - luckily OCMD does have a ton of things to do on rainy days. Ripley's Believe It or Not! museum on the boardwalk is always fun. Also there is an indoor old pro golf walking distance from our condo. And for course the countless restaurants! Hope to see you again.

Great apartment, very cute beachy decor!

The apartment was great, very comfortable and beautiful beachy decor. Great for kids with the bunk beds and master suite was very spacious as well. Perfect location for activities in Sunset Island and surrounding areas. We loved our stay and would definitely come again!

Hi Polina thank you so much for renting our Sunset Island condo during the 3rd week of August. We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Yes! Our condo is perfect for families with kids since we have bunk beds with a pull out trundle. I remember when our kids had just transitioned to sleeping on a bed we put them on the trundle since it is so close to the floor. Dennis is great

The week was great. The only issue (super minor) was a little burnt substance on the glass top stove, but Dennis sent someone right out to clean it. Great experience all the way around

Great unit

This is the 4th condo that my family has stayed at on sunset island and this one is our favorite. Has all the amenities we wanted for our vacation.

Great Stay

Great Stay at Dennis' property in Sunset Island. Everything is walkable and you don't really need to leave the community if you don't want to. The property was perfect for folks with small kids. He had a crib, high chair and many other amenities great for a family with young kids.

Amazing week on Sunset Island

The homeowner was a pleasure to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Sunset Island. OCMD has something for everyone and we never ran out of things to do. It was an awesome week with family!

Enjoyed Our Stay at Sunset Island

All in all, our stay was fun. The condo was clean when we arrived. With family coming at various times during the week, we felt the layout was ideal for us. In addition, the location was great. It was a fun week.

Perfect!

We had the best time at Sunset Island. We will definitely be back. The kids loved the pool, beach, and fountains. I loved the walkability. Can’t wait to go back!

Thank you so much for renting our Sunset Island condo over the 4th of July Holiday - one of my favorite times to stay in OCMD - the city does an excellent job hosting free fireworks at two location: on the beach at North Division St. and if you're uptown, Northside Park - both locations features headline entertainers!

What a wonderful place you have!! We had an amazing week and really enjoyed our stay. Sunset Island was a wonderful place for our family (for any family!). It is probably the first vacation we have had with kids, that I felt relaxed. We will definitely be staying again!

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at our condo on Sunset Island. Sunset Island definitely makes for a relaxing vacation with kids since you can literally park your car and throw away the keys! for you can walk to everything you need for an action packed fun day. You could spend the day at the club house which offers swimming, the bay beach, and great food. Or your walk over to the ocean for the day. And then for dinner just walk over to Dead Freddies for a great dinner while kids play on the indoor ship! Hope to rent to you again real soon! Dennis & Diana.

Ideal Stay for a Family Reunion

We had a wonderful family reunion at Sunset Island thanks to Dennis' rental. He was very responsive in answering our questions and he was a very good host. We would definitely rent from him again if the opportunity arises.

Thanks so much for renting our SI condo for your family reunion. Just a note there is a banquet room on the 2nd floor of the club house the you can reserve that includes little kitchen - perfect for hosting a family reunion event of say 20 or 30 people. Perfect to have the folks go between the pool and the buffet!

Excellent property! The owner was very efficient, pleasant and helpful. He went over and above to make our stay enjoyable. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend. 'Can't wait to return!
