Just a few sandy footsteps to the beach. Enjoy the beautiful view from our 2nd floor balcony. 1 assigned space + overflow parking. Updated bathrooms, new kitchen, c/a, washer/dryer, d/w, cable and free wifi. Outdoor shower. Non smoking. No pets. Quiet northern, less crowded part of the island. Easy access to North End Park for fishing, crabbing, jogging paths, kiddie playground and ball parks just across the street. 17 miles south of tax free Rehoboth Outlet shopping. Close to lots of restaurants and mini golf courses, movie theaters and public transportation. Ideal for families. No senior week rentals please. Family friendly 6 unit building.

Great view of the beach!

We loved this condo. The balcony view of the ocean was amazing. Literally just steps from the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean. Being close to Northside park and Uber bagel is ideal. Owners are really nice- we’ve stayed here before and will stay here again!

Great quiet location

This is a great location for a family. Directly on the beach, quiet, rooms are comfortable. Great place to play in the sand right out back. Owners were very easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Great OC Getaway

This was our 2nd stay at this Ocean Spray condo and we continue to love it! Its perfect for our family and offers comforts inside and out. Perfect view of the beach from the deck and easy access to the beach. Great location in Ocean City - quiet, wide beach, with a clean comfortable condo and responsive owners. We will definitely return!

Oceanfront fun

Great deck overlooking the ocean just steps from the beach! Never crowded on the beach, probably because no hi rises in the area and the North Side Park on the bay side. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, beds were comfy and the unit was well appointed with everything we needed. The oversized balcony was wonderful to enjoy meals, games and conversations.

Ocean Spray

We have stayed at this condo multiple times and always have a wonderful experience. The condo is clean, comfortable, and in a prime location! We appreciate its proximity to the beach, views from the deck, and quiet location. Yet, you're still close to great food and family entertainment options. We've never had any issues but owners are always responsive to any questions we've had. Ocean Spray is a great family location for an Ocean City getaway!

Good location

Overall good. Short walk to beach. Only disappointment was no elevator. Hard for senior family to negotiate and carry belongings in and out. Wish I would have asked this question.

Ocean Front Stay

Overall our stay at this location was a nice one. Unfortunately though, when we arrived the unit had not been cleaned. While this did cause some inconveniences for us, Bill and Nancy worked with me to rectify the situation and make it right and fair in the end. I truly appreciate their communication with us throughout their stay and willingness to work with us to make sure we were happy with our stay.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The common area is a bit small but cozy. The bedrooms fit 8 adults comfortably. The location is amazing. The beach was busy but not overcrowded. Parking is just 1 guaranteed space but we didn't ever have an issue getting a spot on the street for our second vehicle. Our only issue was that sheets, pillow cases, and towels are not included. The only reason this was an issue is we did not know ahead of time as we would have prepared for this. It was just disappointing to have to spend our first evening driving over an hour to buy sheets sets and towels for 8 people. We scoured the property listing to make sure we didn't miss something and could not find any information warning guests of this. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful views

What a convenient little condo! We loved being right in the beach. We knew it would be tight with our group in the common areas, but that didn’t bother us. We spent most the time either on the beach, or on the porch! The deck has two beautiful blue high top chairs, that were perfect for coffee in the morning! The views are perfect from the deck, absolutely perfect. The place was surprisingly “baby proof” with not that much stuff for our crawling infants to get into! Beds were comfortable, neighborhood was quiet with minor noise from the condo above when they walked in the floor. Most definitely am looking to book for next year!

Wonderful

This property is in a prime location. Quiet street and directly on the beach, we found no issues with parking extra cars. The back exit to the beach was very convienent. We prefer the north end of O.C. as it is less crowded yet plenty of things in walking distance. The grandchildren brought their scooters and we also brought along crab nets as the park is directly across the street. Many memories made. Home was clean and updated with good beds. We hope to return again next year. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home. Nancy Garner

Exactly What We Wanted

We spent most of our time hanging out on the balcony or eating out there because of the wonderful view of the ocean. View is nice from Living Room too. We like North Ocean City because its so much less crowded than the rest of OC, Bethany or Rehoboth. Access to the beach was super easy. The condo was clean, well-appointed, updated, and everything functioned as it should. Landlords were easy to coordinate with. We brought two cars and never had any trouble finding a spot - one dedicated spot plus extra parking was never full. In fact, the free street parking never seemed to fill up either. Like I said, its a very quiet area. Don't tell anyone. Let's keep it a secret!

Simply perfect

Great place to spend a quality vacation with family. Less crowded and family oriented clean surroundings. Walking distance to family activities and ice cream, yet a close enough drive for an evening on the boardwalk. Our favorite part was the spectacular view from the deck looking out to the ocean, while drank our morning coffee, or watched an afternoon rain clear or sat at the picnic table for take out dinner with the family.

Ocean at your Doorstep

The property was very nice and made for a great vacation with our grandchildren. The unit is well appointed and very kid friendly. Everything was in good working condition. The was a large supply of silverware, dishes, cups and glasses as well as pots and pans. The picnic table on the deck made for enjoyable meals looking out at the ocean. The area was very quiet and safe for our grandchildren. The short walk to the beach allowed us to thoroughly enjoy the day. As our 7 year old granddaughter said about the lack of a swimming pool - "You don't need it since you have the whole ocean." We will definitelly consider staying there again.

Enjoyed by All!

Smooth sailing from start to finish. Unit was exactly as advertised and then some. Everyone in our family from 69 to 3 years old had a wonderful time. I just wish it had been on the first floor. But all in all we couldn't have wished for a better stay. Thanks and we will be back!

Excellent location

We love having proximity to Northside Park. The unit was well maintained and the view was wonderful. It’s so nice to have a less crowded portion of the beach. The kids loved the bunk beds! Excellent communication with owners. Hoping to get this same spot again next year.
