Pleasant new 20m2 studio by the pool. NON SMOKERS. Close to airport bypass. 35 min from the porge and the ocean channel. 40 min from the Arachon basin. 15 min from the center of Bordeaux. 10mn from the lake exhibition center for Atlantic Matmut and Vinexpo. At the gates of the Médoc. Access to shops on foot. 1 bathroom. Kitchen equipped with waves, coffee pods offered. Sheets towels tea towels soap shower gel shampoo deck chairs ... the new terraces will be made in 2019. Tram at the end of the street at the end of 2019.
Swimming pool with heat pump. Correct bathing attire required. Very large garden surrounded by large hedges.
August weekly rental. Otherwise mini two nights.
