Cozy 3 Bedroom/2 Bath - less than 1 mile walk to UM Football/Baseball Stadium!

Nicely decorated 3 bedroom/2 bath at Turnberry Condominiums. Included with your stay is a community pool, pickle-ball/tennis courts, a gym, outdoor grills, a picnic pavilion and a nice place to take a walk. The reason so many people enjoy this place is the less than 1 mile walk to Vaught Hemingway Stadium, Swayze Field and Baptist Hospital. Downtown Oxford is less than 2 miles away. The location is right off Hwy 6 and Old Taylor Road. Each room has comfortable mattresses and bedding as well as a cozy living/dining area. The balcony has a beautiful magnolia tree providing some shade and privacy that overlooks the courtyard. The tennis courts and pavilion are down the stairs just a few steps away!

Please note that we do require a minimum 2 night stay!

A Short-Term Rental Agreement will be emailed after you book. It must be signed and returned no less than 21 days prior to arrival.

Check in procedures will be given 72 hours prior to arrival as long as all required fees have been paid and required documents signed.

Wonderful owner, really comfortable!

This 3 bedroom condo was darling! It was well appointed with a private and peaceful balcony. The location was ideal- we walked to and from the Grove for the football game! Would definitely stay here again!

Great for Ole Miss access

The property was clean, easy to access, and well laid out. Three good sized bedrooms, two baths, nice living space & kitchen plus a deck with seating. We only had two people, but the unit cold comfortably accommodate six. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The location is a short walk to the stadium (or quick Uber ride). We will definitely book again for another visit.

I love this condominium complex because it brings friends and families together for all of the big events in Oxford, and has all the amenities I need to run home for lunch for a quick swim or workout.

What makes this property unique

The property has free guest parking right next to campus, and you can walk to any campus event from here. It's a short drive to grocery stores, downtown, restaurants and even the hospital around the corner.
