The location itself was excellent. It was right in front of the beach and pool with a restaurant also within walking distance. The review isn't higher because during our last night there was a typhoon and a lot of the water got inside of the apartment. We spent our last day drying the floor with towels and a bucket. Overall the apartment was not properly built since things kept easily falling apart or just not working. After the first day we decided to only use the beds and stove since things like the cabinets, blinders, dryer, towel hanger, and other things kept falling, breaking easily, or not working.

The property was great. We had clear communication with the owner. Had hot water that last a long time but the water pressure lacked when using the hot water. Had a great stay for our work trip.
