The house is ideally located near the Disney parks and the Chessy Marne la Vallée TGV station. You can leave your car in the private parking space and quickly reach Disneyland Paris by bus. The neighborhood is quiet and you can enjoy a large park behind the house. A few minutes walk from a commercial area with among others a bakery, a supermarket, a pharmacy and small shops.
