Cozy cottage for 2/4 people in Biscarrosse Beach, just steps from the ocean and shops. Charming mezzanine studio including: a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and a shed to store your bikes or beach gear. Living room with TV and sofa bed, an open-plan living area with equipped kitchenette: washing machine, fridge, microwave, oven, electric hobs...vacuum cleaner + fan. Small bathroom and separate toilet. A very attic-like open mezzanine with 2 140cm beds. Immediate proximity to the beach and the town centre. Cycle path right in front of the cottage. Ideal for a couple with children.

Location simple mais localisation au top !

Bon, on va pas se mentir, c'est rustique. Pas de wifi, pas de lave vaisselle, les chambres sont sous le toit (attention à la tête) c'est simple. MAIS, c'est silencieux, la literie est très bien et la cour privative devant très appréciable. Et puis, il suffit de marcher 50 mètres pour être sur la plage, on ne peut pas faire mieux ! Le centre de Biscarrosse plage est à une dizaine de minutes à pieds, ce qui permet de tout faire sans prendre la voiture. Et en plus la cyclable passe juste devant. Bref si ce qui vous intéresse c'est la localisation plus que le grand luxe, c'est parfait !
