The "Briandière" is a cozy villa located in the Fontsainte to The Ciotat district with access to the Virgin bay and its beaches.

This renovated villa offers a neat decoration to comfortably accommodate 8 people on 115 square meters.

Everything is put together for your comfort: garden, heated swimming pool, sun loungers, shady terrace, barbecue, air conditioning.

The "Briandière" offers a relaxing setting imbued with serenity to spend a wonderful holiday with friends or family.



Included in the rental: WIFI, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, bath towels, 2 parking spaces and your first consumables (coffee, toilet paper, garbage bag, washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine capsules).



Animals are accepted subject to acceptance by the owner.



To guarantee your comfort and quality of service we have classified this property as a 3-star tourist furnished by an accredited organization. It also reduces the cost of the residence tax.



On the ground floor, the house offers a 50 sqm living room air-conditioned, bright thanks to its veranda, triple exposure and direct access to the 800 sqm garden as well as the shady terrace. Enjoy the private heated swimming pool to 25° (6.5m x 4m). The commissioning of the pool begins from the 1st week of the Easter holidays (French school holidays) until the last week of the All Saints holidays (French school holidays).

You will find a large fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso, large freezer, ...), 3 bedrooms with single beds that can be grouped into double beds. The bedrooms all have wardrobes. The bathroom and toilet are independent of the bedrooms.



The independent air-conditioned studio is also beautifully decorated. It offers 2 single beds that can be grouped, a shower room and a pretty open kitchen in blackcurrant stone. This accommodation can offer total independence of life while also offering direct access to the terrace, the house and the pool.

All rooms offer quality mattresses.

The property allows you access to all amenities and has 2 secure private parking spaces. You also have a free outdoor parking lot a few dozen metres from the house.



Let yourself be carried away by the sweetness of the place, rejuvenate yourself in this soothing setting where the seaside, the scents of pine trees and the Provençal vegetation will leave you with the delicate imprint of those peaceful moments spent at the "Briandière".

The owners have simply privatized the garage which is dedicated to storage.

The house is close to the La Ciotat tennis club. It only takes you two minutes to start a game.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

The property cannot be rented as a party or event organizer.

Arrival times: 4pm - 7pm, departure time: 9am - 11am. In summer, the agency will define the time of provision of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.



The neighborhood

The house is located just 1.5 km from the beaches of the Virgin Bay by car which are easily accessible on foot in a little fifteen minutes by a trail near the house.

You can consider coming by train to La Ciotat station and reach the house on foot.

Nearby you will find a bakery, a pharmacy, a restaurant but also all the shops in the neighboring district, the Saint Jean district.

The house is served by the bus (line 20) which can take you to the historic center.

After a few hours of lazing and resting by the pool, you can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its rugged and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GOLFE D'AMOUR" but also its hinterland: park of the Calanques, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and Calanques of Mugel, the green island, the beaches, circuit of the Castellet, ...

On or under water, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.

You can also take your vehicle back and explore the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, practice hiking in the Castellet massifs or in the Calanques reserve, ...
