Spent a week here with 4 adults and 4 children under the age of 3. Very clean and well presented property, short walk to the beach/beach bar and a 10min walk from the market. Definitely would go back.

We absolutely loved our stay, this place is a slice of paradise! The villa is beautiful with a lovely outside area and pool. Bedrooms very comfortable and kitchen has all you need for a holiday home. Location was amazing, we enjoyed being so close to the beach. There was a bit of noise some nights as this was the height of the summer season. Would definitely love to return as the house had a lovely feel to it, and Corinne was execptionally welcoming.

Wir haben uns in diesem tollen Ferienhaus, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt, sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Corinne hat hervorragend geklappt. Das Haus hat eine ideale Lage: 3 min zu Fuß zum Strand, ca. 8 min zu Fuß zum Markt, Supermarkt, Bäcker und zur Eisdiele. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen auf der Insel.

This is great location and a great property.

Easy waking distance to the sea, even with surf boards. Easy walking to the market, supermarket and the bakery. The house is well laid out with the living area opening out onto the pool. It's reasonably well equipped. We found it quiet and sheltered because it's down in a bit of a dip but you still get plenty of sun. We went out of season. In season the beach bars maybe a bit noisier. We felt the bathrooms could do with updating but the rest of the house was excellent. We had a problem with the hot water which Corrine, the property manager, was round in a few minutes to sort out.

We had a wonderful time here to enjoy beautiful Ile de Re. The house is even better than posted online, it exceeded our expectations. Very clean and really spacious, very well appointed and very well equipped with everything you need. Every room has its own bathroom and the rooms are well appointed and the floor plan of the house is excellent for everyone to have enough privacy. The pool is great and is indeed heated so you can swim on cold days as well. The outdoors and patio are really nice and you can have all the privacy you need (no neighbors, really quiet and private). The kitchen is great and the American fridge really a plus. The beach is super close, less than a minute walking distance and really beautiful and clean. Corinne, the property manager is super helpful, super responsive and friendly. Everything one needs is in walking distance; great market and bakery. The location is overall super and convenient and safe. We had a wonderful time and would return for sure.
