Pretty renovated one-storey house with large swimming pool (10x5m), many terraces, lawn and private parking. You will have a barbecue, pizza oven and an outdoor bathroom with shower and toilet. View of the hills of Pagnol. The house is located in a path in the heart of the pine forest.
A bus line passes in the village of Olives (10 minutes walk) where you will find all the local shops. Metro stations 10 minutes by car. Access to the A7 and A50 motorways is 10 minutes away.
The beaches of Cassis, Ciotat, Marseille (Prado, Red Point) are 20 minutes by car.

A lovely villa suits families in a very convenient location

The villa is close to Marseille city centre with 15mins drive and convenient to supermarket, local pub and restaurants with a car. It is very beautiful and has been carefully looked after by the owner, Mr and Mrs Rossell. they gave us a very warm welcomes and a tour in the property on day 1. The swimming pool was very clean throughout. The bedrooms are decent sized to contain 4 adults and 2 children. The house has very cool shutter system and don’t feel very hot even without air conditioning. Only thing can be improved for us might be the Wi-Fi speed. Overall we really recommend the villa. We had good 5 nights in the villa. Many thanks to Mr and Mrs Roselle.

Très belle location. Excellent accueil.

Maison très spacieuse, lumineuse, bien équipée, située dans un endroit très calme, assez proche des commerces et du centre ville. On s'y sent rapidement comme chez soi. Accueil chaleureux de la part des propriétaires, très sympathiques et soucieux du bien être de leurs locataires.
