Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

Owner/Property Manager cancelled 30 minutes after I made reservation, and I am still waiting for the refund after 20 days. They no longer communicate with me. Vrbo is reaching out trying to get resolved.
