Provençal farmhouse in the heart of Luberon

In the heart of the Luberon Natural Park and a private garden of almost one hectare, our villa is located in a particularly privileged environment, calm and harmonious; 7 minutes walk from the small village of Saint Martin de la Brasque (peasant market on Sunday), it is only 12 minutes drive from Cucuron, 20 minutes from Lourmarin, 40 minutes from Aix en Provence and one hour from Marseille. In the tranquility of the Provençal summer, you will enjoy the swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols and various terraces where tables and chairs are arranged. You can have lunch near the pond under a shaded arbor next to a summer kitchen. A petanque field that can be illuminated in the evening, such as the pool and the garden, wisely wait for the fans of this game. At the end of the day, at the time of the aperitif, you will attend beautiful sunsets on the nature. Comfortable and decorated in a modern and refined style, the house has three bedrooms, each with a double bed, and two bathrooms, two toilets, a living-dining room (with two sofas) overlooking a kitchen open to living room . A washing machine, a dishwasher, an ironing board and a smart TV, as well as an outdoor plancha complete the facilities. Internet access and wifi in the house are available. A reversible air conditioning ensures the coolness of the living rooms. Cleaning is included and provided once a week; the pool is regularly maintained; we can put you in touch with a private transport service by car, if necessary.

Note: the house houses a maximum of 6 people. We regret that we can not allow (i) our friends the animals on the property and (ii) smoke in the house.
