IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers a villa located in the South Ardèche region, in the town of Orgnac l'Aven, just a 13-minute drive from Barjac and 20 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc, with its rivers and tourist attractions. We invite you to discover this well-appointed villa, accommodating up to six people.
You can enjoy a private swimming pool (9x5m, 1.50m deep, with a telescopic cover) with its inviting poolside area, as well as a fully enclosed garden of approximately 2000m² and a covered terrace.
The house comprises a large living area with a TV, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen.
There is a first bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a sofa bed (140cm), a third bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
TV, WIFI, ELECTRIC GRILL, and WASHING MACHINE are included.
