この魅力的な家は、タリダのビーチからわずか3分のところにある静かで小さな都市化の中にあります。海とS'EspartarとBleda島を見渡す壮観な夕日があります（晴れた日にスペイン本土を見ることさえできます）。家はそれ自身の敷地と庭に囲まれています。コミュニティプールは近くにあり、ビーチから戻ったときにリフレッシュすることができます。ラウンジとキッチンエリアは、広いテラスと食事用の芝生につながっています。タリダはボヘミアン村のSanJoséから車でわずか5分、ショップ、銀行、バー、イビサタウン、プラヤデンボッサ、サンアントニオはすべて車で数分のところにあり、とても良い立地にあります。タリダビーチには、スーパーマーケットとその素早いニーズのための農場があります。

Perfect Ibiza stay

The location is fantastic - just a short walk to supermarket, beach, and some great restaurants. The apartment is beautiful - would highly recommend and we will be back!

Everything went great!

We loved the place! We were a group of 5 friends visiting Ibiza and the house worked really well for us. It’s comfy, spacious, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Would def recommend!

Everything you need for a great Ibiza holiday

This place was perfect for our family of 5. Wonderful location near Cala Tarida, super clean & spaciaous, brilliant hosts, accurate listing, easy in and out. Short drive to beaches and restaurants. quality small supermarket close by. A perfect base for a holiday...would love to have stayed longer. Great accomodation! Thank you!

Great house, great stay

We stayed in this place for 12 days. The house is spacious and clean. Everything is as nice as shown on the pictures. The whirlpool in the garden was used a lot, same for the shared swimming pool. Communication with the host was fast and efficient. Will for sure come back here!

stunning property, modern and spacious.

The property is in a pretty peaceful part of Tarida, a small walk to the beach with a good selection of restaurants. We hired a car and visited the next bays up which we highly recommend (Vadella and Carbo our favourites). Paul the owner could not have been more helpful in both the lead up to our holiday, plus whilst we were there. We will return, and highly recommend this lovely villa. It was spacious, with good outdoor space, and in an idealic location. Plus the sunsets from the roof terrace were amazing. We certainly found a gem this year.

Beautiful villa with great views, kitchen, beds..

We stayed in this beautifull villa for 10 nights and this was our best experience in Ibiza so far! The house is spacious with a great kitchen with everything you need. The masterbedroom with a big good masterbed. The showers were superb. Every day you could relax in the garden or roof terrace enjoying the sun until late in the evening. The villa was villa twice during our stay. We will come back very soon! Thank you Paul&Mon for your kidness and help during our stay!

All the comforts of home.

The property is clean, comfortable and well located. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and though we were mostly out and about, the house was a joy to come home to.

Am Ende des Aufenthalts wurden uns Schäden zur Last gelegt die bereits bestanden. Kaputter Wäscheständer, Macke in der Badewanne und eine angebliche Beschädigung an einer Schiebetür. Glücklicherweise hatten wir Die Kaution in Höhe von 600 €, die vor Ort in bar hinterlegt werden sollte, nicht hinterlegt. Am Abreisetag sollten wir für die Klimaanlage (die sich an einem Tag selbstständig anschaltete) 135 € zahlen, was wir verweigerten. Die Wegbeschreibung ist schlichtweg falsch.

Ibiza Insel sehr heiß

Wenn man in den Ferien- und Urlaubszeiten die Insel besucht ist der Strand sehr voll. Außerhalb der Ferienzeiten ist die Insel sicher romantisch. In jedem Fall ist das Haus perfekt.

Das Haus ist in einem sg Zustand. Der Empfang am Anreisetag war prima. Die Lage vom Haus war perfekt. Alles war vorhanden. Klimaanlage nicht Einzel einstellbar für jedes Zimmer, in den kleinen Zimmern wurde es so sehr kalt wenn es im großen Schlafzimmer gerade eine gute Temperatur erreicht hatte… Das Haus ist für 6 Personen. Auch wenn wir zu Beginn für weniger Gäste gebucht hatten, kamen 2 Jugendliche hinzu. Dafür mussten wir 700 Euro mehr zahlen. Auch habe der Besitzer geändert, und wir mussten 150 Euro zusätzlich Strom zahlen. Zusätzlich also 850 Euro zahlen ist uns schon ziemlich übertrieben vorgekommen. Das hinterlässt einen bitteren Nachgeschmack…Ansonsten ist das Haus wirklich gut

Bellissima casa, gestione non all'altezza.

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane in questa graziosa villetta. La casa è molto bella, nuova, ben tenuta, arredo moderno, molti comfort, cucina attrezzata, perfetta per 6 persone. Zona bella a pochi minuti da cala tarida ma senza servizi in zona (solo un piccolo market vicino). Piscina carina e fruibile. La gestione del soggiorno invece non è stata altrettanto gradevole. Abbiamo comunicato il nostro orario di check in molti giorni prima del nostro arrivo. La sera prima del giorno di check in ci è stato detto che quell'orario non andava più bene con conseguenti notevoli disagi (viaggiamo con due bambine). Non abbiamo trovato lenzuola in tutti i letti ma solo copriletto (segnalata la cosa Carol, molto gentile, ha subito provveduto a sistemare). Verso fine soggiorno ci è stato comunicato che come da contratto avremmo dovuto pagare l'aria condizionata a parte oltre ai 5.500 euro già versati per le due settimane, tuttavia al momento del check in nessuno ci aveva mostrato il contatore dell'aria condizionata quindi ci siamo dovuti fidare di una fotografia dello stesso per il calcolo dei kw usati. Non ci è sembrato corretto, avremmo pagato più volentieri se avessimo avuto la possibilità di vedere noi stessi il contatore all'arrivo e abbiamo segnalato questa cosa. Inoltre da contratto avremmo dovuto avere pulizia della casa due volte a settimana e ci è stata offerta una sola pulizia in due settimane. Ho trovato molto scomodo dare la cauzione richiesta di euro 600 in contanti che non è sempre facile avere durante i viaggi. Per ultimo sottolineo di aver ricevuto, in seguito credo alle nostre rimostranze su contatore e pulizie, un messaggio whatsapp piuttosto sgradevole da numero sconosciuto e persona che non si è qualificata in alcun modo, nemmeno con nome e cognome, la sera prima del check out, in cui si diceva di rivolgerci al proprietario di casa se avessimo avuto qualcosa da ridire. In definitiva ci tornerei a patto che la gestione sia diversa.

Have just returned from a great 7 day stay at the house. great location if youre beach people as the lovely Cala Tarida beach is 10 minutes walk with the brilliant El Chiringuito where we ate everyday! the house itself is modern & easy on the eye with a great roof terrace to watch the sunset. Probably shouldve have rented a car but it was very expensive this year so organised taxis in advance to Ibiza Town etc. Overall strongly recommend!

Perfect getaway in a stunning quiet location.

Schönes Haus an sehr guter Lage (15 Min. Fussweg zum Strand). Tolle Dachterrasse mit Lounge, Meerblick und wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung vor Ort (Herzlichen Dank Paul). Professionelle Reinigung zweimal pro Woche. Grosser Gemeinschaftspool (Wasser sauber etc.), Umgebung mässig zum Verweilen einlade (Liegestühle vorhanden).

San Jose autumn get away

Spotlessly clean and well equipped villa with a fantastic roof terrace for watching the sunrises and sunsets. Friendly and obliging host. We were there over Halloween by which time a lot of things were closed but we still managed to have a great and relaxing time. Highly recommended!

Family trip to Ibiza

We had a great stay at Paul's house. Nice and spacious with a great roof terrace and outside terrace for eating too. The pool is a little bit away from the house so you have to go down there with the children but this wasn't a problem and we had it to ourselves most of the time. Lovely location with nice bars and restaurants on the beach to choose from and lots of other nice beaches nearby only a short drive away.

August 2019....

My family and I have just got back from a 2 weeks stay. We all had an amazing stay in Cala Tarida. The villa itself was perfect for the 4 of us, the location was excellent with just a short walk to the beach. There are a number of restaurants on the beach itself with more in the village, all were excellent. Paul was super helpful with pointers on beaches and restaurants nearby.

House in Cala tarida

Lovely quiet house about 10 mins walk or 3 mins drive from cala tarida beach. There is a small communal pool right next to the house which didn't ever get busy. Perfect for families. Kitchen was fully equipped and there was emergency supplies such as toilet paper, washing machine and dishwasher tablets etc. which was really useful until we were able to go to the supermarket. The house has a beautiful roof terrace with a large seating area to enjoy drinks and see the sunsets in the evening which saves you having to eat out at a an expensive restaurant for the same view. I would stay in this house again

great house great location

Paul was really nice and made the whole process a real pleasure. House was spacious and really comfortable. Location excellent. Cala Tarida is a fab beach and the overall area a pretty part of Ibiza. We would definitely stay again.
