Contemporary house of 180 m2 on garden level in the district of Les Arceaux. Entrance, living room - dining room of 40 m2 with large windows on the garden, equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom double bed 160, bathroom with bath-shower, separate toilet.
On the other side of the living room, part of the children: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate toilet. In the basement, play area and laundry area washing machine, dryer.
Terrace of 100 m2 with furniture of garden on vast garden of 400 m2.
