super Ferienwohnung

Super Lage in paar Minuten ist man an einem wunder schönen Sandstrand auch die Stadt ist in nicht mal 5 min erreichbar . in der Nähe ist alles was man braucht . Kommunikation mit Laura war auch super. Sehr zu empfehlen für alle die auch das Auto stehen lassen möchten und alles zu fuss erreichen möchten

Schöne zentralgelegene Wohnung

Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und doch sehr ruhig! Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt! Es hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Vermieterin Laura ist sehr nett und unkompliziert! Wir würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen:-)

La casa è esattamente come si vede in foto, molto funzionale e con spazi più che adeguati. Le camere sono confortevoli, ottimi i materassi e i cuscini. La cucina è fornita di tutto e i 3 affacci rendono la casa fresca e ventilata. Comoda la disponibilità del parcheggio, del barbecue e della lavatrice. La posizione della casa é strategica, vicino al mare ed alla zona pedonale, ma lontana dalla confusione. Laura è disponibile e molto cortese. Vorremmo tornare in questa bellissima isola, e nel caso, sarà sicuramente in questa casa. Chiara

Der Urlaub in Lauras Wohnung war tol! 5 Minuten zum Strand!

Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Eine Waschmaschine kann auch mitgenutzt werden. Wenn man mit Kindern verreist, ist das sehr wichtig. Wir durften die Terasse im Erdgeschoss nutzen. Da haben wir immer gerne gefrühstückt. Die Kinder konnten im Hof spielen und sich mit anderen Kindern anfreunden. Bei Fragen hat Laura immer ein offenes Ohr und gibt wertvolle Tipps. Beim nächsten Elba-Urlaub kommen wir gerne wieder in Lauras Wohnung.

Ruhige Wohnung, sehr zentral, empfehlenswert

Wir haben uns bei Laura sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ausreichend groß für 4 Personen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und was nicht da war, haben wir auf Anfrage schnell von Laura erhalten. Die familiäre Athmophäre gefiel uns gut und dadurch, dass Laura sehr gut englisch spricht, gab es auch keinerlei Verständigungsprobleme. Wir würden unseren Urlaub wieder dort verbringen.

Grazie Nicoletta per la recensione. Purtroppo l'appartamento è tutto proporzionato e non potevamo fare il bagno più grande. Nonostante questo piccolo difetto, vedo con piacere che avete apprezzato il soggiorno presso di noi e ne siete rimasti soddisfatti. Spero di potervi avere ancora come ospiti presto.
