Esta bonita casa tiene capacidad para 4 personas cómodamente,
con una cama tamaño queen en la planta baja principal y dos camas individuales que pueden ser dobles en el segundo dormitorio que se encuentra arriba. Hay dos baños en suite, uno con un baño separado. Cocina muy bien equipada y funcional con todo lo que pueda necesitar para disfrutar de su estancia. Lavavajillas, lavadora, no hay secadora fuera de la línea de lavado Horno a gas, horno eléctrico, microondas, cafetera Krups y, Nespresso, nevera / congelador, cocina exterior con barbacoa (gas), nevera, agua caliente, adyacente al comedor.
Todos los muebles y accesorios son de alta calidad y buen gusto.
Hay un cómodo sofá y dos sillas para ver televisión de pantalla plana Canal Sat + y Blue Ray DVD (pequeña selección de DVD). Impresora / escáner / fax.
Wifi. A / C en todas partes.
Hay una zona de comedor dentro y una zona de comedor exterior adicional en el jardín junto a la piscina bajo una pérgola, una vista impresionante de las colinas llenas de Pine Parasol y Old Oaks con hermosas puestas de sol.
Cuatro cómodas camas de sol, también una zona cómoda para relajarse. Para una bebida al atardecer. Ducha caliente junto a la piscina.

Holiday 2023

Again a wonderful holiday in Sainte Maxime. We enjoyed the comfortable house and the fantastic pool. The location is perfect for visiting places like Cannes or Nice by train from Saint Raphael, the city of Sainte Maxime is only 1 km away. The support of the housekeeper Souheil again was perfect.

A truly wonderful month

As soon as I saw this house on HomeAway I was hooked. It offered everything my husband and I were looking for - great location, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated saltwater pool, outside shower, dining table for 6, comfortable lounge areas, dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ, etc. - absolutely everything you could want for a month-long stay. Upon our arrival, we were met by the charming owner/host who had already stocked the fridge with French "goodies." After showing us around and explaining how to operate the appliances, the TV, the air conditioning/heater and even the Nespresso machine, we settled in and began our entry into the French way of life. The house is ideally situated. St. Tropez with its high-end shopping and wonderful restaurants is 10 km away by car, or 15 minutes via ferry. Nice, Cannes, St Paul de Vence and Antibes are an hour away. The lovely seaside towns of Frejus and Saint Raphael can be reached in 30 minutes or less - that is, if you don't stop at one of the beach restaurants along the way. Ste Maxime is a small but lovely town with great restaurants, good shopping and very friendly people. We spent many afternoons drinking wine and watching the locals play pentaque. There is a small market twice a week featuring local produce, cheese, bread, fish, flowers, etc. On Fridays there is a larger market showcasing regional items that you can take home as gifts. I can't say enough good things about this house and our stay in Ste Maxime except to say that we can't wait to go back!

Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Leider waren wir nur 5 Tage dort, aber wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Frau Clark, eine herzliche Gastgeberin, sorgte dafür, dass wir einen angenehmen Urlaub hatten. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, einer der schönsten Strände ist in der Nähe. Unsere Tochter hat es sehr genossen und viel Zeit im Pool verbracht. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Summer Vacation 2021

We had a great time in the house which is located in a quiet and lovely area close to the center of St. Maxime. The house offers everything you need and is very well equipped. The next beach is aprox 5 minutes drive and there are plenty options for grocery shopping. A car though is recommended as nothing is really in walking distance. Last but not least to mention the outstanding service of the person who took care of the pool and was a big help also in all other matters such as tips what to do in the area.

Traumurlaub in idyllischer Lage!

Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und es fehlt einem wirklich an nichts. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und typisch mediterran eingerichtet. Im Haus haben wir uns allerdings nicht viel aufgehalten ,da der Außenbereich mit einem schönen Pool, Dusche, mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten und einem Barbecue einfach wundervoll waren. Die Lage von Sainte Maxime ist angenehm ruhig. Wer mehr Trubel möchte kann die Nachbarstädte Frejus oder Sainte Tropez besuchen, die nicht weit entfernt sind. Der Austausch mit der Vermieterin vor und wärend der Reise war sehr herzlich. Wir sehen uns bestimmt wieder.

Relax and enjoy your stay!

Nice and quiet location on the south side with beautiful view on the hills! Practical car parking in front of the house. Fully equiped and furnished house with good working airconditioning. Beautiful and well heated pool with practical 'automatic' cover. Commodious terrace. Very gentle and helpfull contact with the owner. It was really a pleasure to stay here for two weeks with three adults and one child!

Charmantes ruhiges Haus mit geheiztem Pool

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal in diesem sehr schönen Haus. Die Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll und sauber gepflegt, sowie im Haus wie auch der Aussenbereich. Die Lage ist ruhig und nicht weit zum Zentrum von St. Maxime. Der Pool war perfekt aufgeheizt auf 27 Grad. Die Besitzerin ist sehr und hilfsbereit. Wonderful Holiday

The photos on homeAway do not lie. This is really the perfect house to spend your holiday. You never really know what to expect based on some photos, but this house was really above our expectations. Nicely furnished, comfortable and above all sublime equipped with everything you could wish for. The chances are very big that what you have at home, you also have here ... This home is truly amazing. We stayed for 1 week and the time flew by. Visited Saint-Maxime several times. Nice streets with nice restautants, bars and local markets. Took the boat to Saint-Tropez. Day to Monaco, in short the perfect base to explore the Cote d'Azur. Also a special thanks to owner Heather. The communication went perfectly, she awaited us on arrival and immediately gave us a home feeling. Thanks for the nice holiday, we will definitely come back again !!!

Un petit coin paradis

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette belle, petite maison de Heather. Nous y avons passé 15 jours fantastiques. La maison est très bien située et a une ouverture sur un paysage qui pourrait être une peinture de Cézanne. Les couchers de soleil peuvent être magnifiques. La piscine limpide. L´ambiance que Heather a réussi créer dans cette maison porte son empreinte: par le bon goût et le sens pratique de l´ aménagement de haute gamme. La cuisine est petite, mais très, très bien équipée. On a facilement envie de se préparer de bons repas. Heather, très discrète, nous a fait sentir chez nous tout en étant là quand il y avait le moindre problème à résoudre. Nous avons passé des vacances très à notre goût et très décontractées. Nous reviendrons, c´ est sûr!!

Another amazing stay!

Our 14 days stay in June/July 2018 was our second stay at Heathers place. Our first stay was in June 2015, and ever since we have wanted to go back. The house was already amazing three years ago, but during the last year it has been further upgraded with an outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, a new heated pool and aircondition throughout the house ++. In other words, AMAZING should now be written in capital letters 😊 On tops, the host and owner of the house, Heather Clark, is probably the loveliest lady throughout Cote d’ Azur. Her kindness, service and professionality would outperform the “professional” agents and agencies at any time. As described in many other reviews of this house, the town of Sainte Maxime is a very good base when visiting Cote d’ Azur. Within one hour drive you’ll reach nice spots as Nice, Cannes, Sainte Tropez, Antibes etc. There are also quite a few activities for children in the area, i.e Aqualand in both Sainte Maxime and Frejus, in addition to a large theme park, Marineland, in Antibes. The beautiful Nartelle beach in Sainte Maxime should of course also be mentioned. From our point of view this is the holiday house and not at least the host of our dreams – it cannot be recommended enough – We can’t wait to go there again 😊

New Year at Saint Maxime.

Lovely property nestled 5 minutes away from the town of Saint Maxime! The house was beautifully spread out for the 4 of us, with one bedroom on the ground floor and one on the first. The kitchen felt very quaint and was well kitted with everything you would need in order to make almost any meal with a window that overlooks the swimming pool. The sunsets were truly amazing. The house was immaculate and the owner was wonderful and very accommodating. It was easy to find and we loved that we where so close to town and only 15- 20 minutes drive to Saint Tropez. We look forward to visiting again during the summer period as we would love to try out the BBQ that's by the pool.

Super Aufenthalt im Haus von Heather Clark

Wir waren 1 Woche diesem Haus -es war super. das Haus ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Terasse ist herrlich, toller Blick in das Hinterland, viele und bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten unserer ebikes mit und konnten daher von hier aus schöne Touren machen. Super Haus, Pool auf 28 Grad geheizt, hochwertige Geräte im Haus (insbes. in der Küche), toller Ausblick, gute Lage (Strand 5min., Stadt 5min., am Hafen Überfahrt nach St. Tropez in 15-20min.)! Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub, wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!!

Perfect holiday house

Beautiful house set in lovely quiet location . Close to town and beaches and there is no need to move from the lovely terrace with amazing views and clean blue swimming pool, choose where you want to relax between sun lounger, or a comfy sofa , eat alfresco or inside the open plan living area. Call at the supermarket on the way in and just chill out for a week, cooking local produce on the gas BBQ . Heather the owner is a super person so friendly and helpful . I cannot recommend this house highly enough, we had a great holiday .
