Detached property, 4 minutes from the village, spread over 10 hectares of woods. Very quiet, removed from the road, (600m). Surrounded by fields, forests and private lake.
20 minutes from Montauban.
Bread 5 minutes.
Markets and producers 10 minutes.

Children's play area with swing, slide, sandpit, playhouse; set up badminton net and other outdoor games.
Deckchairs and hammocks loaned.
Equipment: wifi, equipped kitchen, crockery and utensils on the spot. 2 refrigerators, 2 freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes drying rack outdoors and 3 in the laundry room.

At the bottom of the property, a private lake of 2 hectares designed for fishing, swimming or canoe ballad. The boats, kayaks and canoes are 6 in number. Hiking and mountain biking trails are accessible 30 meters from the house.
