Amazing Stay!!!!
I could not speak more highly about the team here! They were in constant communication with me 5 months before the trip to make sure it was absolutely perfect. The food from the chef was absolutely to die for. They tended to our every need and were so so so kind. The house itself is gorgeous as well. Not a single thing I would change about the entire experience and will definitely be staying again. Thank you Ana Louise and David for everything!!

Phenomenal Trip!
This house is amazing, perfectly placed on the cliffs overlooking the ocean. Private, well kept, and very clean. Our Butler Luis tended to our every need. Our concierge Ana coordinated the entire trip, was in communication weeks in advance, and was on site daily making sure everything ran seamlessly. The whale watching was excellent, the weather perfect, and the customer service unmatched. Huge shout out to the folks at Cabo Platinum for making it happen.

Best ever rented!! The layout is great & inviting. The outside living is fantastic & staff was best!
Villa Nautilus is an amazing property with wonderful rooms & lots of incredible living space. Loved the pool, hot tub, firepit & utilized the grill & outdoor bar for a great Tequila Tasting coordinated by our concierge Raquel & Chef Alberto.
Raquel is probably the best concierge we’ve ever had!!! So pleasant & accommodating and put together the most amazing private chef dinner with incredible Chef Alberto! Hugo our butler was so attentive without ever being intrusive for those who are not sure about having a butler around all day, we loved having Hugo assist with things, creative drinks & make sure things went smoothly during our trip. Raquel arranged Covid testing at the Villa so no one had to worry to go get that done. We’ll definitely rent again!!

Beautiful Property. Gorgeous VIews. Phenomenal Staff.
Our trip could not have been better and was made far more enjoyable having Alex and the rest of their team. Adriana was often in contact and was always at our disposal, even with a broken foot. Alex could not have been more accommodating and was more than happy to take care of any and everything. I cannot gloat over Roberto enough; having him spoil us at breakfast every morning was a great way to start the day. The home was amazing and always clean for us. My one and only complaint is of the property and lack of outlets which I believe they're working with the owners on getting it fixed. There was not one electrical outlet in the master bathroom yet still did not inhibit any of our fun :)

Best trip ever!
We stayed at Casa Nautilus with a group of 9 girls and the trip was beyond incredible! To start, the pictures don’t justice to how incredible the house is. Seriously the most incredible views of Pedregal! The concierge, Javier, helped us plan the trip months before and helped us set up all the details of our weekend and it was seamless. He even decorated the house for us and had It ready for arrival! Our butler, Jaime was one of the kindest and most incredible people we ever met! He had custom drinks for us when we arrived and throughout the weekend. Jaime’s cocktails were some of the best drinks I’ve ever had in my life! He seriously went above and beyond to make sure we had the best weekend. At one point we asked for the pool to be heated and he immediately made it happen. Honestly, anything we asked for, he helped us out and always did it with a smile! We also had Quetza as a chef for the weekend and everything she made for us was AMAZING! We went to some top rated restaurants nearby, but the food and drinks at the house were seriously the best in Cabo. Our trip was beyond incredible because of the Cabo platinum team and I cannot wait to be back. When we come back, I will absolutely be using Cabo platinum again!

Simply Beautiful Home!
The house was just beautiful and well appointed. The view was gorgeous and the service from our butler, Ali, was fantastic. We enjoyed amazing meals and so much fun in the pool and down at the nearby beach. The adults and kids in our party had such a great time. This was really a one -a-kind home and location.

Amazing!
The property is simply beautiful. Alex was an amazing butler and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything he did for us. The view is to die for and the property has a peaceful tranquility about it.

Dream Vacation
A stunning property. The pictures don't do it justice. Michelle and her team were an absolute dream to work with. They took care of every single detail and provided my family a lifetime of memories. Will definitely be back.

THE BEST
This was a trip of a lifetime for my family & friends. The property was beautiful - we really never wanted to leave. Adriana, our concierge, went above and beyond for us. Hugo, our butler, was top notch - we can’t imagine a trip without him! The chef services surpassed all expectations (best food in Mexico!). There is no better place. We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful property. Gorgeous views. Phenomenal staff.
Alex made the entire experience even better. Adriana was often in touch and even had a broken foot yet went above and beyond. Roberto was so nice to have every morning cooking us breakfast! We would have wished to take him home! The staff made our stay amazing. I believe they're working with the owners on getting more yet there were few plug-in outlets in the kitchen and not one in the masterbath which should be noted. It didn't inhibit our fun, however, and we would love to come back!

MIND-BLOWING, LUXE EXPERIENCE 🥳
I don’t even know where to start. I travel several times a year. High-end accommodations and service is an expectation of mine, and this property and staff FAR-EXCEEDED it. I hosted a business retreat here, and so my need for perfection was pretty high. Being a new property listing without reviews, I had to roll the dice on it, and DAMN: it was INCREDIBLE.
The property: even more breath-taking than the photos can detail. Very clean. Well kept. Gorgeous, high-end finishings. Great AC. Plenty of space for our large group.
The staff: ABSOLUTELY amazing.
Ricardo, the concierge was fabulous with communication and gathering information on all of my requests and inquiries. Personal, private transfers were arranged for each of my gals traveling from all across the country, with ease. Groceries were just as requested. Amazing communication skills.
Alex, the butler, was so sweet and attentive. He made our group of women feel right at home. So approachable and humble. He truly made our experience so amazing. I can’t say enough about him. KILLER COCKTAILS!!!!!!! Effortlessly arranged taxi services and helped manage the home with the other staff, while I was busy hosting a coaching retreat. He was so pivotal in the experience my guests had and I’m so appreciative!
Ivan, our chef, made DELICIOUS FOOD. We hired him for all meals, each day and had dietary restrictions that he graciously attended to each meal. Again, I have high food standards and he did not disappoint! What a great guy!!!!
Katy, our housekeeper kept the home so clean and smelling terrific for the entire stay.
This property and concierge team is impeccable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, 5 stars. Will happily return in 2020 for another retreat.❤️❤️❤️
