Welcome to this contemporary house on one level, which under its aspects "coated concrete" hides a timber frame house, new generation responding to the RT2012, insulated wood wool offering great comfort in summer and winter.
It involves :

- a bedroom with bed 160 x 2. 00 m, dresser and dressing (blankets provided)

A reversible air conditioning ensures the heating of stay - living room - kitchen - clearing. The rooms are equipped with electric radiants and the bathroom has a towel dryer.

Great house, beatiful holidays in Drome

We stayed one week in this apt. The house is very clean, very well equipped and furnished. It's located 10 min max on foot to the centre of the village. The cover in car park it's a must with the cozy terrace and the little garden. Christine and Olivier are very kind, perfect host ! Very recommended

Villa le grand pin

Avons passé un excellent sejour malgré les conditions météorologiques quelque peu défavorables. Maison tres confortable avec tout ce quil faut, dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter pleinement de la terrasse et du petit jardin. Le quartier est calme, un plus, une place fermée pour la voiture. Nyons et sa région sont toujours aussi agréables.

Excellent Villa "Le grand Pin"

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de plain-pied. La maison était dans un état irréprochable à notre arrivée et conforme à la description. Elle est située dans une impasse au calme et à 5 minutes du centre de Nyons. Malgré la chaleur extérieure en été nous avons pu garder une certaine fraicheur à l'intérieur (sans avoir besoin d'utiliser la climatisation). Le contact avec Olivier et Christine a été très sympathique et facile. Le plus de la maison est la terrasse en L permettant selon l'heure de la journée de se placer où l'on souhaite. Je recommande vivement cette location dans une très belle région.

Eine toll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, zentrumnah und sehr ruhig. Gerade mit großen Kindern sehr geräumig. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten in die schöne Provence

Jolie maison

La maison est très sympa, très propre. Le petit jardin très agréable sous un pin parasol. Un petit plus? Une petite piscine dans ce petit jardin serai un plus. Les propriétaires sont très gentils mais évitez de réserver avec de jeunes enfants car ils sont très (trop) méfiants malgré l'état dans lequel nous avons laissé la maison c'est à dire: impeccable. Une grosse pression à l'arrivée qui n'a pas été à notre goût mais que je peux comprendre. Mais quand vous avez peur de prendre des familles avec de jeunes enfants vous prenez des familles avec de jeunes ados non?! Ce ne serai peut être pas mieux. Par contre tranquillité absolue et praticité avec cette maison située dans Nyons donc à ce niveau là aucuns problèmes. Magnifique ville et région, à découvrir absolument!

Supers hôtes et maison moderne irréprochable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de nos hôtes, leur disponibilités, la communication a été très fluide dès la réservation. Ils ont répondu à toutes nos questions et nous ont donné tous les conseils et adresse pour un séjour agréable. La maison est très très bien entretenue avec tout le confort d'une maison (climatisation, moustiquères, équipement complet, très grand confort (canapé et literie), une maison très propre où l'on s'est sentis comme à la maison. Nous avons apprécié le jardin, et le calme de l'environnement tout en étant très au centre de Nyons. Nous gardons précieusement les cordonnées d'Olivier et Christine pour un séjour futur.

Simplement parfait !

La situation de la maison est top ! La décoration est soignée, l'équipement est complet. Le centre village est accessible à pied. Le propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli. La terrasse est vraiment très bien conçue. Non vraiment, nous recommandons plus que chaleureusement ! Merci aux propriétaires !

Un très agréable séjour.

Une maison très calme, confortable, lumineuse et spacieuse, proche des commerces et du Vieux Nyons à découvrir. Une décoration originale faisant la part belle au bois. Un propriétaire chaleureux, attentif et fort sympathique. Un séjour très ressourçant !

Maison moderne calme au centre ville de Nyons

A votre arrivée le propriétaire vous accueille très chaleureusement, la maison est sublime, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipée pour y passer un excellent séjour, magnifique levée de soleil le matin, vue superbe de la terrasse. Emplacement calme à côté du centre ville, tout est parfait. Merci aux propriétaires, nous avons passés un agréable séjour.

Superbe location

Très belle maison, très bien aménagée, très confortable et avec une décoration cosy et des matériaux de qualité, un emplacement idéal, tout est à proximité directe tout en restant très calme. La vue depuis la terrasse vaut le coup d'oeil, très très bon séjour trop court nous concernant dans cette belle région. Qu'une envie, y revenir et dans cette maison. Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles. Rien à redire, on ne peut qu'apprécier le temps passé là-bas.
