Perfect stay

We absolutely loved our time in Santa Margherita and Alessandro couldn’t have been a better host. Very centrally located, easy to walk along the coast to the local beach clubs or portofino and also close to Santa which has a lot going on.

This place was stunning! Alessandro is an incredibly gracious host who welcomed us with terrific recommendations, a clean apartment, and an unbelievable view out the window. The location could not be better, as everything within Santa Margherita is a short walk away. This is the perfect place for any couple, and I would love an opportunity to return in the future!

Beautiful Santa Margherita

Fantastic location and suitable accommodation. The apartment is nice and clean. The floor plan and some of the amenities were less than perfect, but we would stay again for the location.

We loved staying at this property! Great location and the perfect place to crash after a long day of being out. We loved the place just across the street that sold fried seafood directly from a boat! Alessandro was a great communicator and we had no trouble getting ahold of him.

Best location in Santa Margherita

Alessandro was right there with the keys and the tour. A most gracious host! The apartment was amazing, great view and location and less than two miles from Portofino. We would love to stay there again!

Great location

This is a charming apartment overlooking the harbor. Close to lots of restaurants and the beach. Short cab ride or a small walk to the train station. Was a little worried about road noise but when we closed the windows and went to bed did not hear a thing.

Calming and relaxing stay

Excellent location

There was so much to see right outside our window—the beautiful scene of the boats in the marina and beyond, people dining in the outdoor restaurants, and the mountains across the sea. It was so conveniently close to the beaches, the tour boats, many restaurants, groceries — all within a five minute walk.

Fantastic area and position

So lucky with our weather in this wonderful area. The apartment is in “ pole position “ for everything- beaches, boats, restaurants and sea views. Our host was super helpful and very kind to us on a late check in (delayed flight!) and check out too. Thank you for a great stay.

Location, location, location

Wonderful location in the heart of all the action. Great restaurants, beach, shopping and strolling right outside the door. The host was very responsive to all our correspondence and a good value for being on the harbor front!

Perfect stay in Santa Margherita.

Perfect describes the entire experience. My wife and I stayed a week in this apartment and enjoyed every minute of it. We loved the apartment—the view of the harbor was fantastic. Other folks have mentioned the four flights but it was not a problem for us (I’m 74). And well worth it to experience this wonderful town. If you’re considering Portofino to stay—don’t. Santa Margherita is much better. Alessandro was the perfect host! Thanks Alessandro. A memorable trip indeed.

It was probably my intoxication with the view, but it did not register with me the amount of stairs involved. I am an older woman but in good health, I had come from other units with stairs, but this was a hardship

Relaxing Holiday

We spent a very relaxing week in Santa Margerita Ligure. The property is very charming and ideally located. Our view was perfect!! Alessandro was warm and welcoming. He was highly responsive and extremely helpful during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in SML.
