25 minutes from the circuit of 24 H of Le Mans, 180 km from Paris, less than 10 km from Tuffé, Connerré, Bonnétable, Montfort de Gesnois. Large outbuilding in park of 15 ha including garden of bower, kitchen garden, orchard, swimming pool, pond, petanque. Possibility to park horses. Calm and security assured. Ground floor: Living room, Kitchen, shower, WC. Upstairs, large dormitory room, the beds are isolated in 4 alcoves. Sheets and towels optional (10 € / person). NOT SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN (bodies of water).
