This luxury, modern apartment is located in the picturesque, medieval town of Castelsardo. The apartment boasts beautiful sea and marina views from the living area and private garden.

Just a short walk to the medieval centre of town with its array of wonderful restaurants and shops, and just several hundred metres to the sea, the apartment is superbly located.

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (which can be turned into a double bed if requested), both of which have air-conditioning and wardrobes. There is 1 bright and airy bathroom with shower, luxury fittings and washing machine.

From the living area, double sliding doors lead to a large L-shaped private garden with superb sea and marina views. A perfect space for enjoying the great weather and sensational sunsets. There is also a large brick BBQ ideal for preparing the local delicacies.

The fully-fitted modern kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, oven, coffee machine and toaster. The living area has a TV for relaxing nights in.

The apartment has been beautifully renovated with luxury décor and has been designed with comfort in mind, as well as air-conditioning in every room.

There is also private parking at the rear of the property.

Great spot exploring the North

Nice and clean flat with a great view of the harbour. Well equipped. Bakery within walking distance, some shops and a supermarket only a three minute drive. We had a great stay and castelsardo is beautiful with nice bars and restaurants. Even the town beach was nice and clean.( 5min. walk. )

Great area and local amenities

The property is at the top of a very steep hill, it has stunning views. There were issues at the property, and although some were addressed quickly, some were not addressed at all. We felt that some should of been picked up and dealt with before we arrived. For example mold on the air con unit, partially blocked shower, missing light bulb, the t.v never tuning in and the broken lamp.

Super Location

The apartment is situated above the town with views to the marina and the sea. Clean and modern interior with all the facilities needed. It's easy to walk into the town. Walking back up to the apartment is good health exercise - it's a steep slope:) Supermarkets are easily accesible by car. And day trips along the north coast are an hour, hour and a half, in each directions. The bin system needs to be better organised for guests along with a new guest manual. I'd suugest the curtains to some windows are hung back up or the fittings removed :) Good communication with the host/manager along with extensive directions to reach the apartment.

Liegt oben am Berg - steiler Zu-/Abgang in den Ort.Viel Hundegebell, morgens spätestens ab 08:00 Uhr und in der Nacht vom gegenüber liegenden Berg.Einige Kleinigkeiten wären zu reparieren.Dennoch würden wir die Lage und den Ort jederzeit wieder aufsuchen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und behalten Ort und die Insel in guter Erinnerung.

Bon sejour

Bel appartement avec une jolie vu sur le port ! Le logement est très bien équiper , au calme avec un petit jardin très agréable ( si je peu me permettre il nous a juste manquer un torchon à vaisselle et un nécessaire d’accueil sachet sel poivre huile d’olive) mais c’est un détail. Il faut juste préciser qu’il est sur les hauteurs donc si vous souhaiter vous balader à pieds , le retour sera sportif !

Wunderbare Aussicht vom kleinen Garten aus. Die Wege zum Strand und in den Ort sind sehr steil! Das Abfallsysthem ist sehr erklärungsbedürftig bis man es kennt! Die Gartenmöbel sind eine Katastrophe.

Good apartment, fantastic view, fresh wind on the cliff, short but steep path into town. The furnishings are good, but wine glasses and a tray should be added. Internet connection number had to be requested by phone, should be on site.

Tolle Unterkunft in toller Lage!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen in dieser Wohnung mit dem schönen Garten und herrlichem Ausblick auf den Hafen und die Sonnenuntergänge! Es war alles vorhanden in der Wohnung, was man braucht und auf Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Die Lage ist toll, man sollte jedoch ein Auto haben, die Wege sind sehr steil und anstrengend zu Fuß, das sollte man wissen. Die Matratzen etwas zu hart für unseren Geschmack. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.Dankeschön!

Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick und den Auskünften der Beschreibung entsprechend.

Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienunterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt, es war ordentlich sauber und der Ausblick wunderschön.Positiv fanden wir ,dass ein Stellplatz für das Auto dabei war. Castelsardo ist ein tolles Städtchen. Wir konnten die Umgebung kennenlernen und die nahegelegenen Strände nutzen. Der Strand im Ort war eher nicht unser Fall. Leider kam der Gärtner auch erst am letzten Urlaubstag und hat den Rasen gemäht, welcher ziemlich hochgewachsen war. Und zum Leid unserer Kinder war das angeblich freie WLAN schon nach kurzer Zeit aufgebraucht, was bis zum Ende unserer Ferien nicht mehr funktionieren wollte. Valentina hat uns aber nie im Stich gelassen und stand uns immer sehr hilfreich zur Seite.

Super appart a Castelsardo

Un séjour très agréable dans un appartement avec une vue magnifique. Cuisine qui manque un peu de plan de travail. Une gestion des déchets assez complexe avec un tri très poussé et beaucoup de bacs et de jour de ramassage. Il faut sortir une poubelle par jour... mais ça se fait ! Au final je recommande cet appartement

Great place to stay

Very well kept apartment. The manager was excellent and very helpful. The only few issues would be the recycling collection, as this just didn’t work for us. We repeatedly followed instructions and this was never picked up from where we left the bins etc. Not what you need on a holiday. I would have preferred linen changes and a cleaning service, not once during the 12 day stay. So it was pretty much self service, and I found myself using the washing machine for towels etc. This accommodation is on a very steep hill, a hire car is more than recommended. We didn’t and there is no taxi service. The bus service only goes to the bottom of the hill, there is a tuc tuc service but that is sporadic. A lovely stay but you defiantly need to read the description to ensure its right for you.

Hemos estado 10 días en este apartamento, bien situado, cómodo, amueblado/electrodomésticos justos pero suficientes y con unas vistas buenas a una marina y al mar. Es una pena que no le pongan un poco más de cariño y ganas, tanto en el amueblamiento, poniéndolo más coqueto y con algo más de calidad. Pero en general esta optimo, pero como digo, si invirtieran un poco en decoración, un microondas, mejores almohadas (esto si que le hace falta), que el jardinero haga su trabajo mejor, no haya humedad en la pared del salón que da a la ducha, se arregle el grifo de la cocina, ... tonterías, que como digo, con un poco de cariño podría ser perfecto el apartamento y de 10 la satisfacción del cliente con la estancia y con la persona que lo lleva. Resumiendo, recomendable y una puntuación de 7 sobre 10

La casa è in posizione elevata e fresca con un panorama meraviglioso , adatto a chi odia le zanzare , mai vista una . La casa è come nelle foto moderna con un bel giardino con tavolo per mangiare fuori e due lettini . Dentro il salotto cucina è moderno , il bagno funzionale e con la lavatrice e con la finestra. Lovely clean apartment with gorgeous views

This apartment is very spacious and clean and has a lovely garden area. There is a cute little bakery nearby where you can pick up fresh baked goods. The beds are really comfortable. We had a few issues with the Wi-Fi but it was sorted out pretty quickly. The apartment is not the most homely one I have stayed in, it is very stark white and grey and has no extras such as washing up liquid / Cooking oil or plastic tubs for left over foods. I'm fairly sure other guests must leave behind some of those items.. Other than that I might have given it a 5. Those little extras really do go a long way especially when you are self catering.

Tolle Location mit Strandnähe und Meerblick

Das Appartement ist für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder großzügig geschnitten und tiptop gepflegt. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Grillkamin funktioniert super. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und der Ausblick auf die Festung, den Yachthafen, das Meer und die untergehende Sonne waren grandios. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr angenehm und jederzeit erreichbar. Alles in allem ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Nice Apartment with fantastic views

The apartment is stylish and comfortable. The private garden and views are fantastic. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Local contact took care of everything that had to be fixed/done. No major worries. Grocery shopping and city viewing is in walking distance. Steep streets need to be taken. Closeby beaches are nice and within 1 hour by car you can see lots of things. The house is really on top of the hill, so your get all the sun and the refreshing wind. Neighbourhood is very quiet and people are friendly. We really enjoyed our stay at this place.

nette, moderne ingerichte woning

Woning op de top van de berg, ruim genoeg voor 4 personen, inrichting strak, modern, fris. We misten wel een degelijk broodmes, hebben deze zelf gekocht en in de bestekbak laten liggen voor de nieuwe gasten. De temperatuur 's nacht daalt flink (begin mei), helaas hadden wij maar een dun plaid, we misten een echt dekbed. Prima verblijf gehad, alleen moet er wel aangegeven worden dat het huis bovenop een berg ligt en de mensen enigszins conditie moeten hebben om wandelend deze berg op en af te gaan. Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad. De straten zijn behoorlijk steil.....
