Prime location. Walking distance to eat and or socialize. The host is very professional. It’s obvious they want you to enjoy your stay. We will definitely return. I recommend to everyone !!

Perfect house for gathering with family and hanging out. Porch, patio, fire pit and beach equipment. Beautiful neighborhood.

It was My husband, me, son, Daughter in law and two grandbabies (ages 2 & 3). My son does not get much time off being in the army, so we were really looking forward to this trip. The unit was beautiful. (it looks exactly like the photos) Short drive to the waterfront, aquarium, beach, Museums and so much more. Not a bad restaurant anywhere. We had a wonderful time!!!

We loved our stay! The home has historic character with amazing great quality furnishings. The beds were superb! We loved the cute, walkable neighborhood, just a couple of blocks to a city park where our dogs could run. I would definitely visit again. Thanks for having us. 😊

My husband and I only stayed for 2 nights but were very impressed with this house. It has been completely remodeled and is beautiful inside and out. The fenced in back yard is perfect for dogs and/or hanging out enjoying the weather. The location was perfect for us also. It was within a 10 minute walk to a distillery, brewery and a fantastic grilled cheese restaurant. There were many other places to visit by walking too. We also drove to the USS North Carolina across the bridge. That took maybe 15 minutes. Everything we needed was close enough to walk or a very short drive. This property is not close enough to the nightlife downtown if you are wanting to walk, but is only a short drive. However, if you are looking for a quiet place to stay, this is it! This house was the perfect spot to sight see and relax at the same time. It was always quiet and serene. We will stay here again when visiting Wilmington.

From beginning to end, we had an excellent experience and enjoyed our stay. The host could not have been more responsive or helpful and was very accommodating. The property still feels new and is spotlessly clean. It contained all of the amenities to make the stay perfect. This is a return visit for us and we hope to get back to Haven House one day!
