Superbe Appartement avec "Certificat d'Excellence 2017" Bord de Mer & Piscine

Récemment décerné un "Certificat d'excellence 2017" - 3 minutes à pied de la plage et au centre de toutes les commodités. 7 New Esplanade Court a cela et plus encore. Superbement rénové, cet appartement au rez-de-chaussée orienté plein sud peut accueillir une famille jusqu'à 6 personnes. 4 adultes maximum. Convient aux jeunes familles et couples. Une grande chambre familiale a un lit double et un lit superposé triple. Armoire et espace de rangement. Salle de bain familiale avec douche électrique dans la baignoire. Cuisine et salle à manger colorées et faciles à utiliser. Coin salon avec TV et canapé-lit double gigogne. Chaise haute est fournie, mais pas de lit bébé.
À travers les portes-fenêtres doubles sur un patio sécurisé avec table et chaises. Il y a un espace de stationnement gratuit alloué pour un véhicule grâce au système d'entrée sécurisé.
Pour l'utilisation des clients séjournant dans l'appartement, la piscine extérieure chauffée (fermée entre octobre à avril) avec de magnifiques palmiers dans le jardin peut être pleinement utilisée. Ceci est un jardin fermé et fermé pour les résidents / invités uniquement.
En 3 minutes, vous pouvez être sur la plage et la jetée de Paignton, des promenades à dos d'âne et des aires de jeux pour enfants. Plus loin le long du front de mer se trouve le port et une vue magnifique sur la baie. Faites un petit voyage à Goodrington et passez une journée au parc aquatique Splashdown et flottez dans les Swanboats. Visitez la Mecque de la pêche et des pirates de Brixham, ou la vie calme et tranquille de Cockington Village. Une image délicieuse et chocolatée de chaumières, de chevaux et de calèches et de thés à la crème.
Golf, pêche, go-karts, vélo, zoo de Paignton - et bien plus encore. La soirée apporte les théâtres et des excursions en bateau romantiques autour de la baie.

The property is in an excellent location, situated right in the heart of town. The apartment has everything needed for a self-catering holiday. My husband and I took our Granddaughter, who’s 6, she was in her element with the swimming pool outside and the beach just across the road.

Have been to this apartment many times, it is absolutely perfect, location is brilliant, lovely clean apartment, bathroom is superb, and the host is lovely and deals with any queries immediately, hopefully we’ll be going for many years to come, it feels like home from home

Yes, Alison and her family have been at the apartment many times. They are an absolute pleasure to host. Everything is clean and tidy when they leave, not a thing out of place. They treat the apartment with respect and adhere to the minimal rules regarding the swimming pool and site totally.

Fantastic stay!

Apartment was wonderful, brilliant location close to all leisures that paignton has to offer. Very colourful decor which was fabulous, comfortable sleep and great bathroom. Everything was very clean and lovely welcome gift on arrival. Checking in and arrival was very easy.I had pre discussions with the property manger before we arrived, the lovely host went above and beyond to accommodate. Thank you so much for everything!Highly recommended!

I’ve stayed here many times, location is fantastic, apartment is spacious, very clean, lovely little garden which is a sun trap, owner is a delightful lady, wonderful place to stay, would definitely recommend staying there

Fabulous location

The apartment was opposite the beach, you have your own parking spot free, there is a heated outdoor pool. We all had a great time, there was everything you needed. The kids would have liked WiFi but we managed. We left our floats for the next guests.

Nice Apartment near Sea Front

The description of the apartment was accurate regarding the location and facilities. The property was clean, well maintained and quiet. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The apartment is only 2 minutes from the sea front. Highly recommended.

I decided not to have wifi as being on holiday, with family or friends, it's good to have a break from devices. There is free wifi available at the Inn on the Green if it is needed. It would be lovely to have you stay again in the future.

Love esplanade court

Not my first time at esplanade court but my first time at 57. We love the complex as its right by the beach and has an outdoor heated pool, that's why we come back again and again. Apartment was spotless, everything needed was provided, apart from a hairdryer. Do not have anything negative to write. Will visit again hopefully.

Fabulous

This was our second stay at no:7. The last being 7 years ago. We enjoyed ourselves just as much the second time around. Perfectly located, with the added bonus of use of the heated outdoor pool. The terrace is a fabulous sun trap, and the flat is well equipped for a family. Lots of local attractions and activities are available. A suggestion to improve the flat would be a blackout curtain in the bedroom, as the sun floods in. We did not want to leave on our checking out day, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent accomodation-central location.

We were really pleased with this accommodation. Not only did we get a lovely cream tea on the table when we arrived which was lovely but it was really clean, modern and had everything you could need, such as cooking utensils, a few towels and even a hoover, brush etc. It was comfortable and spacious. The pool was amazing- it was warm and most of the time had it to ourselves. The little garden area was great too, as you could dry your clothes, it also had a table you could sit at and eat. My little boy liked to play in this little area whilst I cooked tea. I didn't have any problems whilst there but when booking host was quick to reply. It was so close to everything, just over the road from the pier and park. Would definitely stay again.

Pool is a great asset and easy access to beach and town.

Had a great time as a family, apartment is well equipped and good sized family room for all four of us to sleep. Good spot for discovering the area.

Perfect Location

Easy to book with great communication. Property is in a brilliant location so close to the pier and the centre but tucked away and in a quiet area. It was clean and well resourced. The swimming pool is a huge bonus. Will go again.

Well deserved break.

We had a lovely time, it was home away from home. The boys loved it there so much there were tears on our leaving day 😊. Pool on site was icing on the cake. Only trouble was bedroom was very warm at night, some fans would be lovely. Thank you Glenda.

tolle Unterkunft, super Lage, gern zu empfehlen

Die Unterkunft liegt strandnah in zweiter Reihe und dennoch sehr ruhig. Supermarkt, Pubs, Bushaltestelle...alles innhalb 6 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Anlage und Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Wir möchten uns für die schöne Unterkunft und sehr gute Betreuung bedanken. Wir können dieses Objekt gern weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt. In der Wohnung ist Alles da, was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich.

What a fantastic accommodation. It was nicely furnished a well maintained property and cleaned to a very high standard. All amenities are on the door step.
