-We have a Saturday to Saturday seven-night minimum during June and July. A three-night minimum all other times.

-PETS - Please send an Inquiry/message via "contact host" before booking to see if your pet is approved. Pets must be approved in advance of booking. Pets must be of select breeds, non-shedding, 2+ years old, up-to-date on all shots, treatments and crate trained. Due to allergies cats cannot be accepted. We do not accept aggressive breeds.

This spacious one bedroom, one bath, second floor vacation rental includes a king bed and 1100 square feet of living space. It is a mile from Sunset Beach and between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC. The villa overlooks the scenic Maples course--one of three signature golf courses at Sea Trail Resort.

Relax in comfort in the large living room with a flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The screened porch is accessible from the living room and bedroom. Sprawl out on the king size bed and enjoy not only the view but your favorite TV shows also.

The unit is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans and complimentary spices. Take advantage of the large laundry room with washer and dryer to avoid packing tons of clothing! The recently remodeled bathroom offers space galore. Enjoy the spacious dining area or snack at the bar – stools included.

Great upstairs condo overlooking the Golf Course! Everything was clean and well cared for! Perfect for two people! The only thing I would suggest is an extra set of bath towels! Other than that, no complaints!

Great spot!

This unit was perfect for myself and my wife. We were in town for my nieces wedding for 3 nights. Clean. Had everything you needed in a vacation house. Screened in back porch was a nice place to sit in the evening. Very comfy bed (not always the case on vacation) We will stay here again in the future when visiting Ocean Isle.

Month long rental

My husband and I stayed for the month of May while waiting for our home to be completed. It was the perfect location. Nice and quiet and the 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom was all we needed to make our stay comfortable. The owners keep the property clean and we had everything we needed.

Stay at Sea Trail

Our stay was a great experience! The pictures did not give the property full credit. It was peaceful and relaxing. The beach was only 5 minutes away and food places were not too far off the way as well. Our hosts were kind and very easy to communicate with. Everything was set up for us for easy check in and check out. Definitely would recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Perfect sea trail condo

This condo was better in person than in the pictures. Very spacious for a 1 bedroom, and the bed was super comfortable. Plenty of parking, very clean, and easy check in. Owners communicated well & quickly. Will definitely keep this property in mind for future getaways & recommend to friends.

Cleanest property i’ve ever stayed at!!

We had a great time at Sea Trail. The villa was so clean and the air conditioning worked great. The pictures don’t do justice for how nice and decorated this villa is. The kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom looked super small in the pictures but it is actually a pretty good size. The screened in porch was a nice plus and also very clean. It was a very short drive to the beach and the area was not crowded at all. It was the easiest check in ever!! You just type the code into the keypad on the door and you’re in. The property owners were there for anything we needed. 100% recommend staying here!!!

Very clean, well furnished and modern. Finally, a very comfortable bed! TV’s and remotes worked and easy to use. Modern, programmable thermostat easy to set. Neighborhood quiet. Comfortable and well equiped

I enjoyed my stay in this comfortably furnished condo. I like to cook and the kitchen was very well equipped. It had everything I needed. Nice walking trails and nearby stores, restaurants and amenities made my stay perfect. Only improvement I would suggest is WiFi is not stable. If you need to work or attend meetings it could be better.
