In very quiet hamlet of St Pardoux, very close to the Tour d'Auvergne and its shops (mini market, bakery, butcher, tobacco / newspaper, bars, restaurants, garage / service station, medical office, pharmacy, bank, producers of cold cuts and cheeses), rent to the week house of 84 m² for 6-8 people at 1100m altitude facing the church, overlooking the Cantal and Sancy.

- Swimming lake 600m (classified Blue Flag).
- Alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, dog sledding: LA STELE (5 min), CHASTREIX SANCY (10 min), MONT DORE (25 min), SUPER BESSE (30 min).

- Hiking trails, waterfalls, lakes, etc.

- Living room including a big table and its benches + chairs, a cantou done up with cupboards + wardrobe for storage jackets and ski suits, a space to store the skis,

- Fully equipped kitchen (fridge 200L, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, extractor hood, electric oven, dishwasher and plenty of storage space). Crockery provided.
- Bathroom with washbasin on cupboard 2 drawers, shower,

- 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140x190 cm, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 cm (mattress, pillows and duvets provided - bed linen not provided). Each room has its wardrobe.
- Independent toilet.

Non-smoking chalet and pets allowed (depending on conditions).

High season 550 Euro (s) / wk. : Christmas and February / March (school holidays) and July / August (school holidays)
Mid season 450 Euro (s) / week : May / June and September
Low season 350 Euro (s) / week : the rest of the year.

Logement bien situé

La maison est bien équipée (une machine à laver serait un plus très appréciable) . Elle est bien placée pour randonner et découvrir différents lieux autour du Sancy. Il y a tous les commerces de base à La Tour d'Auvergne. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour... et le service à raclette lors d'une journée pluvieuse.

Bonne situation géographique, très joli coin avec de superbes randonnées à faire. Logement correct, très content de notre séjour. Peut-être dans l'avenir changer les matelas pour un meilleur confort sinon rien à redire.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à St Pardoux ! La maison correspond en tout point à l'annonce, c'est une maison très agréable pour passer quelques jours. La localisation est idéale pour faire de belles randonnées ! Niveau confort tout y est, une machine à laver serait un plus pour éviter de perdre du temps à la laverie 😉 Merci à Yann de nous faire profiter de ce lieu magnifique et merci à Valérie pour l'accueil à l'arrivée. Malgré des difficultés de paiement sur Abritel, Yann a été patient et compréhensif, le dialogue facile et clair. Le séjour s'est très bien passé, le gite était très propre et bien équipé. Le lieu est idéal pour des vacances au calme. Je recommande chaudement !

Séjour pendant le week end du 8 mai

Nous voulions passer un week end en famille, avec nos 3 garçons, la copine d'un de nos fils, et notre chienne. Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi soir et repartis le lundi matin. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour. Nous avons été accueillis par une personne très sympathique, la maison était très fonctionnelle pour notre grande famille et très propre. Nous étions assez bien placés pour les randonnées et visites que nous voulions effectuer et l'endroit était très calme. Nous recommandons vivement cette location
