Situated just 50 metres from the sea, this charming 120m² detached house offers you a ‘feet in the water’ experience at Portiragnes Plage. It is in a quiet area, yet close to the shops, so you can make the most of your holiday. The plot is fully fenced for added security and peace and quiet.

Ground floor:
-A large, bright living room with uninterrupted views.
-A n-equipped separate kitchen: combined microwave/oven, dishwasher, 2 combined fridge/freezers, Nespresso, kettle, electric coffee maker and various kitchen utensils.
-A children's bedroom with 2 bunker beds, ideal for 4 extra people.
-A bathroom with a shower, washbasin and mirror.
-A separate WC for added convenience.
-Electric shutters

First floor:
-A large TV lounge with direct access to a terrace/balcony offering stunning sea views.
-3 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190).
-A second shower room with 2 washbasin and mirror.

-Two beautiful terraces, one with a sea view upstairs, allowing you to enjoy outdoor meals or simply relax listening to the sound of the waves.

Grosse Unterkunft nahe am Strand. Tolle Terrasse mit Ausblick aufs Meer. Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber hinreichend.Internet auf Anfrage und gegen Bezahlung, ansonsten stimmt Beschreibung.

Nous avons passé de bonne vacance dans cette maison très spacieuse pour la deuxième fois. Le séjour c'est plutôt bien passé, excepté le vent qu'il y a eu toute la semaine. Nous sommes tous tombés malades! pas de chance. Concernant la maison en soi nous avons trouvé dommage qu'il n'y ai pas eu de changements, tant intérieur qu’extérieur, les plantes et arbres ne sont pas assez entretenus et tous souffrent de sécheresse. Les couverts et vaisselles n’étaient pas propres, le store sur la terrasse à l'étage tombe en lambeaux, invasion de fourmis dans la douche au RDC, canalisation qui déborde dans la cour et sur la rue après la douche. La maison est très bien mais il y a beaucoup d'entretien et réparations a faire. Les personnes de l'agence sont très gentils et serviables,très bon accueil!

Je suis ravie que vous ayez passé un bon séjour dans cette jolie maison, Nous avons fait remonter vos observations au propriétaire qui a tout de suite fait le nécessaire pour les canalisations et évacuations de la maison, tout est rentré dans l'ordre…. Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau à Portiragnes plage et un grand merci de Sandrine et moi -même pour la livraison de chocolatine journalière ;-) Le Propriétaire nous a également transmis en copie le mail envoyé a Mr RODARIE car il juge son appréciation sur sa maison totalement injustifiée et exagérée en dehors du problème de la canalisation d'évacuation qui était du a un très grand nombre de lingettes utilisées dans les WC lors de locations précédentes d’où maintenant utilisation de papier WC exgigé : mail a Mr RODARIE resté sans réponse a ce jour !!!
