We had a great stay! The location was a bit older but for the price was wonderful. Great location, view and pet friendly made for an event more awesome experience. Would definitely stay again. Our particular unit could have used some ceiling lighting or additional lighting, especially in the living room. Water pressure was pretty low but obviously something out of their control.

This was our first visit to Myrtle Beach and the property was spectacular! The ocean views, magnificent sunrises and majestic sunsets and the sounds of the surf created the perfect setting for our beach getaway. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

The room was clean and very nice. Air conditioning within the room was great. The kitchen was set up well if u are planning to prepare any meals. Beds very comfortable. The balcony overlooking the beach was very nice to wake up and sit with your coffee early mornings. The hotel has 19 floors and definitely not enough elevators. There’s always a good wait and the halls and elevators are very warm. Pretty much every time you see another guest that’s the overall complaint. The hotel pool is very nice and ofcourse the beach was great. There is a washer and dryer in hall on certain floors. Parking is in a garage across the street. A bit of a problem with getting my pet fee (service dogs) refunded in a timely manner as I had to message and call owner/host of our room. Was not expecting to see homeless people staying overnight in the halls behind lobby. That was a bit concerning.

View was amazing, kitchen very well stocked, corner unit gave privacy. Overall, nice unit. Could use a more comfortable living room chair, bathtub floor spongy. Appreciate that it is a dog friendly facility but charges for this were high. Perhaps a rebate could be offered if no damage was done to unit, like the security deposit is. The facility itself was nice, but washers & dryers were a major concern, frequently not working for days, or turned off during cold spells. Pools & hot tubs wonderful. Parking convenient. My stay was almost 3 months.

Nice Beach Setting

We really enjoyed the property, beautiful place, good location, nice and clean , great views of the ocean. Easy check in and check out, nice easy walk to the boardwalk and easy access to Broadway at the beach..

Honeymoon Trip!

The condo was amazing and clean and the view of the ocean was spectacular! The location was also great and it was near everything we wanted to do which was awesome. The host was also great with communicating day off for getting in to the condo and where to park on arrival along with checking in with us the day after we arrived.

We love it at the Patricia Grand! We are able to bring our dog with us and the Suite is beautiful! Treats were left for us, everything was in working order and well stocked for our use. The view was breathtaking! Communication with the property manager was excellent with fast responses.If you’re looking to relax, hassle free, this is the place! We had a lovely vacation!
