¡Este es, de lejos, el mejor de los mejores! Esta suite privada de 1 dormitorio frente al mar con el plano de planta más deseable de Patricia Grand Resort se encuentra en el décimo piso. Despiértese en la habitación frente al mar (con balcón) mirando al océano, o relájese en la sala de estar frente al mar (con balcón Y ventana de piso a techo) también mirando al océano. The views are amazing. Any where you sit there is a great view of the beach. The room was very clean and nicely kept. I would definitely stay there again.

The pictures of the property was deceiving. Furniture scarred, chipped and stained. Rooms to Go for less than 1,500. It would make a world of difference. I love the bedroom access to the ocean and balcony. Perfect for couples.That's the reason we chose this unit. Of course the price.Now that I know this is possible I will contact the hotel directly. hopefully more appealing.

We love it at the Patricia Grand! We are able to bring our dog with us and the Suite is beautiful! Treats were left for us, everything was in working order and well stocked for our use. The view was breathtaking! Communication with the property manager was excellent with fast responses.If you’re looking to relax, hassle free, this is the place! We had a lovely vacation!

While the property was but nice our room was just ok. It wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival, towels were dirty shower had not been cleaned and hairs in them, the beds were horribly uncomfortable and nothing was addressed to our satisfaction. I cleaned the room before unpacking

Do not stay here!

About check in we come to find it there's only one elevator working and the wait times were absolutely horrible. That was the best part of this day. We booked pet friendly and brought our dog. upon entry to the room there was an overwhelming odor of pet urine. It was strong enough that it would stay in your nose when you would leave the apartment. I complained to the property management and had to go get cl cleaning supplies to clean the apartment myself. She offered to have someone come by and mop the floors and spray some air freshener, completely unsatisfactory. We dealt with the smell the entire time we were there praying Lysol throughout our stay and continually mopping the floors with Lysol. Upon checkout we got the same five star review which I asked do not leave. We did receive our deposit but I feel it was only because I complained. Here's where the stay becomes the worst day I've ever had in my life. 6 days after we get home my dog is diagnosed with parvo. I have no words and the property management will not contact me at this point.

Awesome view

The view was absolutely awesome. The awesome view has all to do with the the layout of the unit.(Ceiling to floor windows). My only issue was the obvious pet smell. That was difficult for us.

Beach vacation

Our stay was wonderful! The suite was as pictured, beds were comfortable. The property was clean. Pools and hot tubs were all warm and accessible. Beach access is on property. If youre bringing fur babies theres a nice grassy area along the side of the resort for them. Property managers were in touch and made sure all needs were met. I would definitely recommend staying here and would return if we vacation in the area in the future.

Honeymoon Trip!

The condo was amazing and clean and the view of the ocean was spectacular! The location was also great and it was near everything we wanted to do which was awesome. The host was also great with communicating day off for getting in to the condo and where to park on arrival along with checking in with us the day after we arrived.

En général très bien, la vue sur l océan est la meilleure chose! Je ne conseil pas pour 4 personnes un peu petit! Le stationnement de l’autre côté de la rue c’est proche et pas si dur à manœuvrer , il y avait le strict minimum dans l appartement… Nous avons dû aller acheter plusieurs articles, dont une brosse pour nettoyer la toilette et un linge à vaisselle Mais proche de tout et bien situé!

Nice Beach Setting

We really enjoyed the property, beautiful place, good location, nice and clean , great views of the ocean. Easy check in and check out, nice easy walk to the boardwalk and easy access to Broadway at the beach..

Nice place

This room was very nice. Pet friendly a big plus. Clean and located in a hotspot in myrtle beach. My only downfalls are the elevators are old and waits take forever. Also a bit small for more than 2 people. Overall had a pleasant stay.
