Beautiful T3, close to Sanary sur mer, in a secured residence with free private parking, direct access to the sea.

The residence (eg Pierre et Vacances) in the area of the Coudoulière Six Fours includes a private swimming pool of 340 m² with solarium, children's pool, deckchairs and parasols.

The sandy beach is less than 100 m walk from the apartment, shops and the port of La Coudoulière are 50 m walk (bakery, tobacco, pharmacy, hairdresser, doctor, supermarket, restaurants).
In a wooded area of 35 ha, you will find two lakes, games for children, a bowling alley, tennis courts, ping-pong tables, mini golf. close to the residence, also Park Adventure Coudou Park with tree climbing area. The Mediterranean Park (Rides, trampolines), a sea sport area (Surf, boat rental, scooter, diving).
Nearby, you will discover Sanary-sur-mer, its superb Provencal market, the small village of Brusc where you can embark for the island of Embiez, Bendor and Gaou, the creeks of Marseille and Toulon.

- A room with a bed of 140 cm, a television.
- A second bedroom with bunk beds, double sleeping downstairs and single bed upstairs,
- Two bathrooms, one with shower, toilet and towel dryer, the other with bath and towel dryer,
- A large terrace with shade for lunch and two sunbeds to enjoy the sun.

Bon emplacement

La résidence est bien située car il suffit de marcher 3-5 minutes pour rejoindre la plage. Au pied de la résidence se trouvent des commerces dont un Vival et une bonne boulangerie. La piscine est simple mais assez grande et les règles en place en font un endroit calme. L'appartement était plutôt bien équipé, par contre les couverts étaient insuffisants et parfois très usés. La machine à café est une machine classique avec filtre contrairement à ce qui est écrit dans l'annonce (Senseo). La terrasse est appréciable et malgré sa proximité immédiate avec un petit étang nous n'avons pas eu plus de moustiques qu'ailleurs. Toutefois au delà de l'étang passe la rue qui dessert les autres résidences et cela engendre un peu de bruit qui est perceptible lorsqu'on dort fenêtre ouverte (ce qui est impératif en été). Bémol sur les ventilateurs qui sont bruyants et en colonne (moins efficaces). Ça manque un peu de rangement (notamment les valises) mais le logement est bien pensé et optimisé. C'est un appartement qui a vu du monde passer et qui accuse un peu d'usure mais c'est normal vu que la résidence était encore Pierre et Vacances il y a 2 ans. Le public était plutôt familial ou jeunes couples donc sans histoire.

Super séjour Résidence très agréable, très bel appartement proche de tout. Excellentes relations avec les propriétaires et la personne en charge de la location. Personnel de la piscine d’un grand professionnalisme Locataires et propriétaires au top et d’une grande bienveillance, mon mari est en fauteuil roulant et nous avons trouvé un super accueil , la piscine dispose d’une rampe d’accès 👍👍👍👍 Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et nous recommandons cet appartement.

Très belle location, très bien située. Manque juste le wifi et un tarif plus attractif 😏

Super appartement. Idealement placé. Proche de la mer, des diverses activités, manque juste le wifi car réel pb de réseau et un tarif moindrs élevé.
