On the 3rd floor with elevator, you overlook the city and enjoy a lake view. Less than 10 minutes walk from the Thermes Chevalley, 5 minutes from the shopping streets, restaurants and the convention center.
Living room of 30 m2 fully renovated in February 2019 in a modern style.
Living-dining area with flat screen TV, 160 TV channels and free Wi Fi.
Sleeping area with double bed (new bedding), large closet and wardrobe.
Electric heating.
Separate kitchen, also renovated in February 2019, with oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster, cupboards with all necessary utensils.
Bathroom with bath, toilet, and washing machine (new), hair dryer.
Bus stop at 100m from the entrance of the building (Lines 2,11,19,19 DIM - Bois Vidal stop)
A guest card is given to each person for free bus transportation and discounts (eg city parking or street parking).
Our animal freinds are not admitted.
Rental for stays of 1 week minimum.
