Very pleasant

House is terrific for large family. Kitchen was superb! Lots of people can work simultaneously without getting in each others way. Host was readily available and accommodating. Would recommend this listing!

Family ski vacation

This house is very nice. Clean and fully equipped w pots and pans bakeware etc. some of the furniture is definitely worn, but it is a rental after all. Game room was excellent for adults and kids. We all had a great time. Ty Ned!

Great Accommodations!

We had a multigenerational group stay here for a week. We had an awesome trip! The house was spacious and clean. Had room for all 13 of us. The deck off the living room with the hot tub was great for the kids to play. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone felt they had their own space. Walkable to downtown and close to Diana's baths, Storyland, Santa's Village and Mount Washington. Would highly recommend for any season for a large group!

Great getaway

Property was clean and easy to get to. We were able to have access to skiing, snow shoeing, and relaxing in the hot tub. Great way to stay Covid responsible and still get out of our own homes.

Best place so far!

We've been renting in the North Conway area for the last 10 years, and this was by far the best location with the most seamless check-in and checkout process. Plenty of rooms, open concept for kitchen and living room area, game room away from the main living area for the kids to be as rambunctious as they wanted to, and a hot tub to relax in. A short walk to downtown! If you twisted my arm about suggestions to improve the space, I would say stashing a few board games would be an added bonus. Also, the internet was good, but not great. A couple of slow internet moments, but you are in the mountains, so it will happen. Thank you Ned, we already talked about making sure we book at your place next year.

North Conway Village

The home was very spacious, clean, and in a great location. There were a few things that were in need of repair (broken refrigerator handle, hole in the wall, broken shower head, etc.). Worst of all, our power went out on 2 occasions (first and last night of our stay). The first night the power was out for 3 HOURS, and the last night our power went out for almost an hour. We had an infant, toddler, and asthmatics in the home - so this was very frustrating to deal with. When I contacted Ned for support on getting the power back on, he only responded 1 out of 2 times. He never apologized for the inconvenience - but instead the next morning he asked my family how many people/cars we had in the home (we followed all rules in the home, so this was strange). I believe my family should have been compensated for the inconvenience of losing power, but that was never brought up. Ned came around to the property daily and just seemed to stick around asking visitors questions - which was a bit odd. At times it felt that we were all being watched - which made us feel that we didn't get the complete privacy that we were expecting/deserved. There’s a lot of odd things that went on during our stay - for example, some of my family members saw another visitors power go out and then saw a man (possibly Ned) walking away from the outdoor maintenance box .. as if she switched off their power. Overall, the home is nice, spacious, and in a great location; however, my family and I would have liked to be compensated for the power loss.

Great time

We had a great time. Place is even bigger than it looks. Very close to the mountain. Owner couldn’t have been nicer, very easy process. Will stay there again

Poor internet

The place was great, my only small complaint is the TV and internet barely was very poor. TV was unwatchable most of the time. Everything else was great.

Beautiful views

Property was very nice. We were in #2. I think the pictures were from #1. Property manager was very responsive. Met him to go over property and noticed that pool sticks missing and he promptly brought us some. The house offered beautiful views of the mountains.

Horrible owner

The property had no shades in the windows and several times the owner came by and clearly was looking into the residence. He lives next door and watches the property constantly. The house sleeps thirteen but has parking for two cars. He called the police on us for a noise disturbance because we were using the hot tub after 9pm. We had NO music playing, there were only four of us in the hot tub and no one else was awake in the house. When police showed up they did not know why they were there for a noise complaint. Just an FYI we had children staying with us, I am an Officer for a Sheriff’s Office, there was also another Police Officer, and City Paramedic staying at the residence. We at no time were excessive with noise and cleaned up after ourselves. This owner should not be rented from.

Great location but house needs some TLC

The house is large and great for multiple families. Great location. There were quite a few little broken things that started to add up and frustrate us. Bathroom door didn’t lock, light bulbs that needed to be replaced, not enough towels, WiFi and TV signals were horrible. We were very excited to use the hot tub however when we got in we noticed it was really dirty and looked like there might be some mold.

NH vacation

We were very pleased with townhouse. There was plenty of room for all of us. Having a grill to cook outside was a plus. The house was very clean and with 12 people having the 5 bathrooms was great. If anything negative, I would have liked some sort of table out on the deck, there were chairs but no place for food and drinks. We would absolutely rent there again. It was very convenient to the outlets and restaurants and having the pool for the kids was a plus. My grandchildren said they enjoyed this house because of the pool and the game room.

Fantastic home !

My wife had this AWSOME idea to rent a home in North Conway, for my 50th Birthday. We found this home through Home Away and everyone loved the Pictures, so I contacted the owner Ned Sullivan and made the arrangements. We arrived on Thursday 02/09/17 Ned met us at the property and in we went. The home is BEAUTIFUL, we accommodated 14 people in very comfortable beds plus others on our air Mattress's. The home is spectacular, with all the amenities you could need. We had a couple of very minor snfu's but with a phone call to Ned, they were addressed right away. Great TV's, surround sound in the living room that rocked the house on Saturday night. Everyone loved it so much, my wife is already talking about going back in the Summer. Great property.. AWSOME 50th
