A cozy place on the Baltic Sea

A place to relax and unwind, with plenty of seating and a very nice owner. Fast connection to the surrounding area via car. Ideal for water sports enthusiasts, but also perfect for paddling into the sunset in the evening. The surrounding area has a lot to offer. We had a wonderful time.

A wonderful stay

Everything was perfect. The location, the house, the boats… The area is so quiet and peaceful. We had nice bathing times. The city of Karlskrona is only at a stone’s throw and is full of nice places to eat in or to visit. There are monuments to visit nearby too… And the weather was fine. Magnificent sunsets. Thanks again for all these lovely moments.

Nice house with interesting surprises

We really enjoyed our stay in sweden. Special thanks to our host who was always there for us for questions or tips. The house includes some very nice special effects. It never became boring.

A cosy stay

We stayed in a lovely Swedish house close to the sea in a very peaceful place in the middle of a wood. We enjoyed the electric boat and the canoe that come with the house. The environment was very pleasant. The city nearby is very nice. And we ate one of the best strawberries ever. 😉 The owner is very friendly and we always had quick responses when needed. I do recommend this booking. 😁

Behagelig udlejer af et skønt hus til de aktive og naturglade

Vi var en familie i flere generationer på weekendtur og hyggede os i huset og ikke mindst på grunden. Dejlige omgivelser omkring huset. Huset er veludstyret og rummer alt hvad man har behov for.

Anglergruppe

Anglergruppe (8 Pers.) verbrachte 1 Woche Urlaub in Peters Haus. Für die Personenanzahl war die Küche und das Esszimmer (Sitzgelegenheiten nur für 6Pers) etwas zu klein. Kommunikation mit Peter war sehr gut, Boote Klasse. Sehr gutes Angelgewässer.

Super ausgestattetes Haus am Meer

Das Ferienhaus ist gehoben und komfortabel ausgestattet. Alle Haushaltsgeräte, wie auch das herausragende Soundsystem und die Sauna funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Internetanbindung dürfte schneller sein als bei vielen Haushalten in Deutschland... Wir nutzten das Kajak und Ruderboot für kleinere Touren in der Umgebung. Den Badeplatz mit Sprungturm erreicht man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 15 Minuten schwimmend. Am Südzipfel der Halbinsel Knösö befindet sich ein kleines Naturschutzgebiet, welches man in 1-2 Stunden durchwandern kann. Wir trafen Peter an unserem ersten Tag noch persönlich an. Er gab uns zahlreiche Tipps und stand uns auch im weiteren Verlauf unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts aus der Ferne mit Hinweisen zur Seite. Alles in allem hatten wir eine super Zeit und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Ein tolles Haus. Gute Kommunikation. Wenig transparent mit dem Gästehaus (in der Beschreibung) leider kein WC angebunden. Nachts muss man eine kleine Wanderung machen und eine Toilette im Haupthaus benutzen.

Charmantes Häuschen mit Wasserzugang

Ein uriges, typisch schwedisches Holzhaus mit separatem Gästehäuschen, das allerlei zu bieten hat: Vom hauseigenen Bootssteg mit Booten, Kajaks und SUPs, bis hin zu E-Rollern und Grillplatz. Alles sehr charmant und originell, allerdings zum Teil nicht 100%ig funktionstüchtig und nicht unbedingt selbsterklärend. Da wäre ein Informationsfolder sicherlich sinnvoll... Der Vermieter war allerdings immer erreichbar und konnte in den meisten Fällen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen! Das Interior ist zum Teil renovierungsbedürftig und benötigt hier und da einen neuen Anstrich... Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern...

Tolle ruhige Lage am Wasser mit allen Möglichkeiten für Sport am und auf dem Wasser mit Motorbooten, Kanu, Kajak… Peter hat sehr gut informiert und schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Die Kinder haben die separate Gartenhütte als Schlafplatz sehr genossen.

Fantastisk get-away

Vi var 6 voksne og tre børn. Alle Aldersgrupper nød det skønne hus, beliggenheden og alle de herlige aktiviteter huset lagde op til. Der var både en lille båd, kajak, kano, boards og meget mere. Kommunikation med ejer var upåklagelig, og denne var derudover meget gæstfri og imødekommende. Vores tre børn elskede den lille bro og er nu klar til at fiske i fremtiden 😉 Det fine Anneks var skønt og dejligt for bedsteforældre at kunne trække sig tilbage i. Skønt skønt sted vi gerne besøger igen over længere tid.

Wir werden dich vermissen, schönes Haus!

Peters Haus ist eine wundervolle Erfahrung: es liegt direkt am Wasser, sehr ruhig und trotzdem nah an Karlskrona, wo wir viele tolle Erlebnismöglichkeiten für Kinder gefunden haben und trotz dem teilweise recht nassen Wetter (kein Wunder Ende Dezember) uns bestens beschäftigen konnten. Das Marinemuseum, das Creativum, Boda-Borg und indoor Spielplätze: in Karlskrona und Umgebung ist auch schlechtes Wetter kein Hindernis für einen schönen Urlaub. Auto ist bei dieser Lage empfehlenswert. Wichtig zu wissen: Peters Haus ist ein Smart Home. Auf die beiden jüngeren Kinder (4 und 5 Jahre) übte die leuchtende und sprechende Kugel (das Steuerungsmodul) eine unglaubliche Faszination aus. Da muss man gut auf die kluge Technik aufpassen 😅. Das komplette Haus wird per Tablet gesteuert. Ansonsten ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt: eine Sauna, ein offener Kamin, sogar e-Roller auf der Terrasse. Die letzteren begeistern dann eher die älteren Kinder. Peter ist ein unglaublich gastfreundlicher Gastgeber und war für uns jederzeit für alle möglichen Fragen erreichbar. Wir mussten nichts mitbringen: weder Wasch- noch Spülmittel, Alles war da und inkludiert. Danke Peter! Eine Woche war zu kurz, wir würden gern wieder kommen.
