Independent lodging in the medieval city of La Charité sur Loire 100m from the Loire

My accommodation is perfect for couples, business travelers.
The kitchen allows you a perfect autonomy for meals.
Modern and pleasant apartment near the city center (10mn maximum walk), the Loire (100m) and its beaches.

Housing :
The house dates from the beginning of the 20th century, I have enlarged and completely renovated. It is surrounded by a plot of 4000m² closed and trees, where you can relax.
The house is attached to the house but independent with separate entrance.
If you come by bike, they will be safe in our garage.
If you come by car, she will be safe in the closed property.

Access for travelers:
You will access all the enclosed grounds.
On sunny days, you will have your breakfast outside at the birds singing.
You will have sun loungers to relax.

I know the area very well and I will guide you to enjoy the beaches of the Loire and walks, accompany you for a tour of the city and its heritage, give you the best addresses of the vineyards of Pouilly and Sancerre.
I can rent you at a low price 2 bikes to discover the "Loire by bike".
I can also organize canoe trips on the Loire and Allier with bivouacs on the islands.

Sensitive to ecology and sustainable development, hot water is solar, rainwater supplies toilets, I produce photovoltaic energy, my garden and my fruit trees do not undergo any treatment. A small chicken coop with some hens decorates the garden.

Fijn vakantieverblijf is een leuk stadje

Het vakantiehuisje is perfect en heerlijk koel! Airco aanwezig maar niet hoeven te gebruiken (ondanks best warm weer). Klein maar fijn, handig ingericht, slaapkamer voorzien van hor, badkamer prima, fijne douche. Het appartement was zeer schoon. Garard is een leuke gastheer. Hartelijk, betrokken en spreekt ook Engels. Het plaatsje is de leukste in de omgeving en heeft meerdere lekkere restaurantjes. Je kunt prima en veilig fietsen in de omgeving (Velo de Loire). Dit vakantiehuis is zeker een aanrader wat ons betreft! Gerard, dankjewel!

Retour aux sources et au calme

Nous venons de passer une agréable semaine de vacance à La Charité sur Loire dans la charmante maison d'hôte de Gérard. Tout le confort nécessaire est au rendez-vous. Gérard nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et bienveillance. La maison est sur un grand terrain arboré et calme où passent les chevreuils. Ce lieu de séjour est extrêmement bien situé. Proximité immédiate de tous les commerces, du centre ville aux supermarchés. (Mention spéciale pour la boulangerie des halles - à 5 minutes à pied - où vous trouverez viennoiseries et pâtisseries très gourmandes, de quoi ravir vos petits déjeuners et déjeuners sur la petite table du jardin de la maison). Un bon pied à terre pour rayonner sur la région. A quelques minutes de Nevers, de Bourges, de Sancerre, du Château de Guédelon, jusqu'à Vézelay.

Malgré la canicule nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Notre hôte très discret et très convivial, nous avons profité des légumes de son jardin, il nous indique les coins de la région qui méritent d'être vus. Die kleine Ferienwohnung bietet allen Komfort den man sich für den Urlaub wünscht. Eine kleine Gartenecke läd auch mal zum faulenzen oder lesen ein aber in wenigen Minuten kann man auch zu Fuß das Zentrum von La Charite erreichen. Eine schöne Ferienwohung in einer traumhaften Stadt

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet und verfügt somit über alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sie hat einen eigenen Gartenanteil mit Gartenmöbeln für gemütliche Stunden im Freien. Gerard ist ein ausgesprochen sympathischer, hilfsbereiter und dennoch diskreter Gastgeber. La Charité ist überdies ein wundervoller und sehr charmanter historischer Ort. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden Gerard gerne auch ein weiteres Mal besuchen.
