Beautiful 2 story brick house located in a nice residential neighborhood in North Augusta. 4.5 miles/ 10 minutes away from The Masters. Also 2 miles away from downtown North Augusta and 4 miles away from downtown Augusta.

The house is complete with hardwood floors on the 1st floor and 2nd floor and carpet in all the bedrooms. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, dining room, 2 car garage, a deck and grill. The living room has a 55" 3D Sony television with cable. There is complete WIFI coverage throughout the entire house.
