Villa of contemporary architect with flat roofs, composed on the ground floor of a very large living room of about 80 m2, kitchen, central island ideal for diner aperitifs with friends. 3 bedrooms: 1 master suite with bathroom and dressing room, 2 bedrooms with a bathroom each. Outside: a terrace of about 100 m2 composed of a covered area with comfortable garden furniture, barbecue, plancha, 2 umbrellas, 1 teak dining table with 6 chairs (adults) and 1 exotic wooden table with 4 chairs (children eg.). From the garden, a gate gives you direct access to a pedestrian path joining (300 m approx.) A greenway along the river (exclusively reserved for pedestrians, cycles, rollerblades, scooters ...) which gives access to the Via Rhôna, ideal for walks with the water in family. No vis à vis!

Wonderful vacation in a superb house

The house is superb for a vacation, with all the facilities you would expect. We especially enjoyed the pool area, situated privately, and with a salt water pool, lounge chairs, and sun beds all close to the pool so a family can enjoy their time together. The hosts were very kind and extremely responsive when we contacted them, both before and during our stay. They were very helpful and provided suggestions for things to do. Highly recommend for a family vacation!

Fantastic long weekend

We really enjoyed our weekend at the property. The pool and outside area is lovely and plenty of chairs and loungers. The bbq worked well and the kitchen is very well equipped. Cyril was easily contactable and explained everything to us at check in. We had a great time and would definitely recommend booking here. 10/10

The property itself is modern and more than ok. No green garden but nice terrace and swimming pool. All 100% clean. The neighbourhood is not green and inviting. Unfortunately you hear continiously the noise of a busy highway in the background

Lovely Pictures but Uncomfortable Stay

The photos of the apt were lovely but we had many difficulties with our stay. The front entry door opened only with enormous difficulty. You need to push against it with all your might repeatedly. By the time we got it open, we were bitten by mosquitoes all over our face, neck, arms, and legs before getting inside. Truly miserable! The house has safety hazards. The stairs to the bedrooms upstairs have no railings. Stairs without railings would never be permitted in the United States. The step onto the front entry is too narrow. The driveway has an unexpected hole and you risk a fall when you get out of the car. When we arrived, a large cat was lounging by the pool, a major problem for my friend who is allergic to cats. We told this to the hosts but they did nothing to have the neighbor keep the large cat away and the cat was a constant pest. The house is in an unattractive new development and difficult to get to even within the neighborhood. We could not get the AC to work no matter how many times we tried to get the temperature down. We did not enjoy our stay at this rental.

Chère Grace , Merci de votre retour, nous prenons note de celui-ci. Concernant la climatisation, celle-ci fonctionne très bien. Vous vous êtes tout simplement trompée en inversant la commande de température de climatisation avec celle de l’eau chaude, ce qui explique pourquoi à votre départ nous avons retrouvé celle ci déréglée. La porte d’entrée fonctionne très bien elle aussi, à condition de la manipuler de la bonne façon telle que nous vous l avions montré et expliqué à votre arrivée et à nouveau plus tard par téléphone. Pour le creux, nous avons pris note de votre remarque et celui ci est désormais comblé. Notre villa est récente et respecte toutes les réglementations et normes françaises de construction (rampe, escalier). Concernant la faune😜, comme tout le monde le sait, quand on vit dans une villa du sud de la France, entourée de nature il peut y avoir des fourmis, des moustiques, des chats etc…😜. Nous avions mis à votre disposition dans la panière à l entrée des produits anti-fourmis et anti-moustiques, nous n avons pas d anti-chats 🤣. Nous espérons toutefois que vous avez apprécié que nous soyons venus vous chercher à une heure tardive alors que vous étiez perdues dans le village d à côté. Une fois arrivé, votre bras étant cassé, c est avec plaisir que nous vous avons monté vos valises à l étage. Nous espérons que vous avez apprécié l’apéritif de bienvenue qui vous attendait au frais pour vous remettre de votre long voyage. Nous espérons enfin que les coordonnées de la distillerie de lavande que nous vous avons communiquées à votre demande ont été utiles à votre business. Nous vous remercions enfin pour tous les commentaires positifs que vous avez fait lors de la visite de la villa lors de votre arrivée et par téléphone lors de votre départ et également de la bouteille de champagne que vous nous avez laissé au frais à votre départ en guise de remerciement . Très belle maison

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison, elle est exactement comme sur les photos, très bien entretenue et très confortable. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et chaleureux, nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin ! Allez y les yeux fermés !

Great Family Home from Home

The property had a very modern style and was well suited to a family that wanted a good sized house with room for both inside and outside living. The pool was excellent in terms of size and provided a welcomed break from the sunny days outside. The air conditioning and blinds provided a cool temperature in the house and also a level of security. Set in a location close to the main roadways and near to local shops and amenities I would thoroughly recommend a stay at the property for exploring this part of France. Cyril and family were excellent hosts and ensured our stay was enjoyable.

Une villa climatisée, une piscine, aucun vis à vis.... tranquilité assurée.

L'accueil fut très chaleureux. La villa est climatisée, propre, très bien équipée et agréablement agrémentée de petits plus. La piscine est "au centre" de la maison, on vit autour. Un séjour très agréable et des propriétaires au petit soin. Je recommande vivement.

Parfait

Accueil hyper sympathique par les propriétaires qui habitent dans la maison d'ordinaire. Maison moderne absolument superbe située dans un quartier résidentiel à -10mn de Montélimar, au grand calme, sans vis à vis. Accès direct à un petit sentier de promenade ombragé et commodités dans le village à 300m. Conseillé pour un séjour en famille c'est top !
