About this property

This spacious Kissimmee home in a gated community, is great for family get-togethers and reunions. Situated just 6 miles from Disney World, it is ideally located for either that short drive there or Uber/Lyft if required.
Sleeping up to 18 people comfortably, the villa consists of 7 bedrooms comprising two King master suites, two bedrooms with Queen size beds, two bunk bedrooms each with two bunk beds and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. One of the King master suites is situated on the lower level as well as the half bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are on the upper level.as well as two additional bathrooms. The home also offers a second sitting room and dining area.
The garage contains the villa cinema. Large comfortable chairs allow great viewing so sit back & enjoy a film on the large screen with added surround sound.
The home has its own private pool with a large sun deck, sun loungers and pool side seating for outdoor dining.
The community has wonderful facilities for your enjoyment such as a large resort pool and a basketball court.
On drive parking is available for 4 sedan size cars, any others may be parked beside the nearby resort clubhouse. Parking on the side walk or street is NOT allowed at any time, cars will be towed and subject to a release payment. NO RVs, motorcycles, commercial vehicles of any type, boats or motor homes are allowed at any time. Additional PAID storage is available nearby approximately one mile from the resort.

Aweful

Baseboards dusty and stuff splashed on the walls. Toilet in master bedroom upstairs leaking. Oven looked like someone thru up in it. Broiler didnt work. Dryer wasn't connected to the vent. Washer didnt sit level, had a broken leg. Pool light didnt work.Bedroom closet door off hinges. Some plug ins didnt work. Dirty pans put away and not cleaned. Icemaker didnt work, theater chair broken had to vaccum before using it. Was expecting a great week with my family for thanksgiving and everyday something was wrong with the house. The decor was exactly like it said . The beds were terrible the mattress pads looked like they had been urinated on and looked to be 5 years old or longer. Make sure you take a can opener extra towels and some bowls with you when you go. Had to buy a lot of things while there.

Big family

This house has great bones – and accommodate our large family well. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms large family gathering space is big and front room Provided a nice place away from happy chaos. The property could use some use some TLC- we left the property manager shortlist. Hopefully they can make those corrections. It was so great to have a pool on the property; two pool safety items need to be addressed. There are no lights in the pool at night so you cannot see swimmers-child animal safety fence needs to be replaced on the right side. Accommodates a large family well! Property manager responds in a timely manner. Great location for shopping needs, attractions near the area or even those that are further away.

Cute house with at home feel

This house was a great home away from home for my group of first time travelers. We came to Orlando for a National Conference and had confidence in staying in this VRBO. There were only two trash bags provided so you may need to buy some extras to have. We also never have the trash concierge come pick up trash. The down stairs master bedroom got much warmer than the other rooms.

We came on family vacation there was 14 of us and we had plenty of room everything was as the pictures described Jackie and Kevin went above and beyond for us with communication we will definitely stay again
