We are Kieran and Wendy Fahey. We inherited the family cottage from my Uncle Gerry who lived in and took great care of it for 80 years before passing it on to us. We live in upstate New York in the U.S. We enjoy the cottage ourselves twice per year and offer it up for vacation rental the rest of the year so others may enjoy its historic charm.
purchased this House in 2017
Why chose Ballindine
Aside from our personal attachment to our family cottage, we so appreciate the historic attributes of this cozy cottage and its beautiful surroundings. You simply couldn't build a home like this today. Take a step back in time and enjoy Uncle Gerry's Place just as we do.
