This is a wonderful end unit, with windows on the north side of the building, ground floor, with the heated pool right off of your balcony. You can see the Cocoa Beach pier from your balcony in this condo as well as the horizon of the beach waters.
This is an awesome two bedroom, two bath, direct ocean front condo just north of the Cocoa Beach pier. It has a 'Rare' oceanside heated pool right outside your balcony, which my kids love! With plenty of action at the cocoa beach pier, dining, snacks, open bar, live music, beach, volleyball, pier fishing, (rent poles and buy bait right on pier) surfing equipment rental also available on beach. See cruise ships pass by almost daily. Enjoy the view, or just relax to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves right from your living room and master bedroom. Come see for yourself!

My family and I just spent 5 days in this condo and we were very happy. The condo is in a great location and we loved being able to watch our kids in the pool from the porch of the condo. The owners had every kind of beach toy/beach chairs/ coolers/ beach gear you would ever need so all you have to do is pack a swim suit!
The owners are sweet and helpful and will make your vacation easy to plan!
We will definitely be back next year.
This condo unit is the best in the building for families with young children!
The owners are family-friendly and delightful.
Convenience: any age could appreciate it, but our loveable littles need extra time to get ready, require more gear (diapers, etc.) and like (or need) to be carried a lot. Swimming, sand castles and seashell hunting are even more fun when they are right outside your back patio!
Safety: there’s a lockable sliding glass door to the back patio, and a tall latching gate between the patio and the pool. (If you want to secure it a bit more, put a carabiner clip from the condo keychain on the patio gate latch, but our kids – ages 5 and 2 – didn’t unlatch it on their own). The main gates to the enclosed pool area and the exit to the beach path are locked and only accessible with resident/guest keys.
Noise level: no problem here. The pool opens at 9am and closes at dusk. Even when other guests were enjoying the pool, we had no noise disturbances the whole time we were there.
Comfort level: well designed, comfortable beds, clean and tidy.
Beach Gear: Don’t worry about packing it – they’ve got it covered: a large beach umbrella, backpack beach chairs, towels, toys, sand shovels, skim board, body board, rolling cooler, pool noodles … seriously, there is a “magic” closet! We did the happy dance when we found it.
Washer/Dryer: One of the best features! Pack light and wash when you need it.
Kitchen: While well equipped for cooking or baking, we mainly used it to make quick, light meals.
Going Green: There is a long line of large bins on the condo property dedicated to recycling. Very eco-friendly.
Places to go: Our new favorite is the Brevard Zoo in Melbourne (about 30 minutes away). They have a water play area, so bring the swimsuits. Bring athletic shoes too, if you want to try the “treetop trek”. It’s a harness-safety fun course with tightropes, crabwalks, bridges, ziplines, etc. There are different levels and our 5-year-old loved the “chutes and ladders” course.
There are lots of great places listed nearby, but it’s not far to drive to Downtown Disney or the Disney and Universal theme parks in Orlando (about an hour). If you’re going to make multiple trips to Orlando, it’s worth it to get a SunPass (prepaid toll).
This is a keeper location that will bring fun family memories for years to come.
Condo was absolutely perfect for our race team during the Space Coast Super Boat Grand Prix. Location was great, and the area on the roof could not have been any better for prime race viewing! We would definitely love to continue staying here every year, and highly recommend to everyone. Thank you Michele!
What a great week of sand, salt air and seafood. With only one hiccup, (upon arrival we ate a sub-standard meal at the very end of the pier), all the other restaurants were fabulous!!! The condo is fantastic and had every amenity we could ask for...and more. I read about the magic closet and it was spot on - whatever you might need on the beach was in there. The condo was clean and comfortable and the complex was terrific. We enjoyed the beach and the pool was always the right temperature where you could ease right in! We spent many nights walking to the pier and along the beach. We brought flashlights to the ocean at night and chased lots of ghost white crabs on the shore. My girls, ages 17 and 12 enjoyed the crab hunts tremendously. The owners were so easy to deal with. If you go, make sure you check out FishLips and Fins by the Cruise Terminal - amazing dinner and views. Zacharys had a great breakfast and service too. And if you want a fabulous pizza, go to ANY (not Any but a New York) Pizza and for tacos, head south towards Merritt Island for the Taco place on the left (near Patrick AFB). Bull Gator Airboats, with Captain Mike, was an amazing adventure as well! Great, relaxing, care-free vacation!!!
We loved this place! It was ground floor right off of the pool and a short walk to the beach. Perfect! The pier is right there close by also which was nice for food and a little shopping. We also took advantage of the volleyball courts that are next to the pier. We would definitely stay here again next year!! The owner was very helpful and accommodating. The property is older but was very clean and tidy. My family called the master closet the "magic closet" because every time they would say "I wish we had a (fill in the blank)_____________" it would be in there!! i.e. volleyball, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, rafts, umbrella, etc. We rented bikes and rode them about every where that we went. So fun!! I would definitely recommend this place!!
We stayed in unit 109 in March of 2012. We were nervous as this was our first time renting a condo in Florida (we live in Canada) but the owner was very easy to communicate with and reliable. When we first booked, we were a bit apprehensive about being on the ground floor because of the lack of view of the ocean, but when we arrived our opinions completely changed. The pool was right outside our unit, which was VERY handy with 2 children......if they had to go to the bathroom or wanted to grab a snack, we didn't even have to leave the pool side, and the ocean was just steps away. Not having to drag beach toys, chairs etc. up and down stairs constantly was also a bonus. The pool quieted down completely by dusk so there was no concern with noise. The room was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a home away from home. The location was perfect....right near the pier and main beach area so lifeguards were on duty right outside the condo. Honestly, in the future, if we had our choice of rooms, we would book this unit again in a heartbeat! If you have kids, this unit is in the PERFECT location.
