CAMBO, C280: One-bedroom apartment in a beautiful, recently built, secure residence with a swimming pool*, near the thermal baths. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a living/dining room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, mini-oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) and a sofa bed. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), a bathroom with toilet, and a terrace furnished with a table and chairs. One private parking space is included.

Internet access is available in the apartment. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted on the terrace only.

*The swimming pool is open from mid-June to mid-September. No discount will be given if the pool is closed to the public. This decision rests solely with the condominium association. Neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (this service is available for a fee upon request to the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have missed.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a preliminary inventory, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually departed.

Optional services payable on site and to be booked before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning for a 2-room apartment: €55.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
