Lovely host who welcomed us on arrival. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed ( although another couple of mirrors in bedrooms would have been perfect!) Great location with lovely views and we spent a lot of time in the hot tub. Loved seeing the cows passing each day. Very quiet with nice half hour walk to the local shop.

What a lovely, quiet, tranquil place. The farm is on the outskirts of a lovely village and more importantly, if you're touring the area, not far from the main road so it's easy to get around by car. Karine was lovely and accommodating but also a genuinely warm friendly person. The house is spacious and ideal for my family. Every night turned into a games night around the kitchen table and it gave us all time to relax together and connect. Can't recommend this place enough if you want to escape for a while.

We loved our stay here! This active dairy farm property was even more beautiful than pictured. The villa was lovely and I loved waking up to the cows right outside. Our host was extremely accommodating, even when we arrived late. I would highly recommend a stay here and would love to return myself. Thank you!

Beautiful Country Stay in Normandy Region

Even more peaceful than the images were able to depict. Beautiful country location. A short drive from Bayeux and the various Beaches of Normandy. And easy drive of a little over two hours from Paris.

Lovely place!

We all very much enjoyed our stay. We came to visit landing beaches and musea but very much enjoyed coming back to the cottage and got tub in the evening. The house very clean. Very friendly host. We would very much recommend this cottage to others.

Family Trip to Normandy

This is a lovely dairy farm with beautiful views and modern accommodations. Our host was gracious in everyway. The village of Trevieres is 3 minutes away with bakeries, butcher shops, etc which provided many of our daily needs. Super convenient to WW II sites in all directions.

Exactly what we were seeking

We stayed at this house for 4 nights during our visit to the area to visit the D-Day attractions. It was a beautiful place on a beautiful property located remotely but still reasonably accessible to the area attractions. The house was nice and newly renovated; the owners were very welcoming and helpful; and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the accommodations. We'd definitely stay again and recommend anyone visiting on a similar type trip to do the same.

Charming and clean

Our stay was exactly what we had hoped for. The property was located on a darling farm and we woke up to the most beautiful view. The home was updated and very clean. The home is spacious and had plenty of room for the group of 11 we had staying there. Did I mention how clean this home was?!?! We were so grateful for Karen who was friendly and attentive to our every need.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The host Karine, was gracious and accommodating. Very responsive when we had a question. The peacefulness of the farm was very appreciated by us all after a day touring the DDay sites. We are a 3 generation family of 10 people- (one is a young toddler). Having a comfortable place where we could enjoy time together, and get a good nights sleep, was very appreciated. Thank you for the Stay. Perrin

Really perfect location!

Our host Karine was exceptional! She met our family as we arrived and assisted us with the first details and questions we needed. The location was perfect for getting to Bayeaux and the DDay beaches.We all enjoyed the spaciousness of the property and some of us enjoyed the hot tub after our days of touring. There is a convenient Cocci grocery store near by ( just about a mile) that met all our needs. My youngest grand daughter ( 10) really enjoyed the nearby cows and seeing the other animals. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you Karine!!!

Great property for our large group

The setting is wonderful, with beautiful scenery. We enjoyed watching the cows! The nine of us had plenty of space to stretch out and have privacy when desired. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, and really enjoyed being able to sit and eat together. Every bed was comfortable, and it was great to have five bedrooms for our mixed-age group. Cleanliness is hugely important when choosing a place to stay, and this house met and exceeded our expectations on that front. The hot tub and foosball table were well used! This is a perfect location for visiting the D-day sites. We all highly recommend it.

Perfect Choice

This is the perfect house for any size group. There were 11 in my group and the house was all that was advertised and more. It is in a beautiful country setting and has all the amenities. necessary to make you feel right at home. The hot tub and covered outdoor sitting/eating area added to the experience. The location is excellent for touring all of the Overlord Landing beaches, St. Lo, and Bayeux. Miss Karine is an excellent hostess and made our stay very pleasant. If you are planning a trip to Normandy, This is your place!

Beautiful home on the Normandy countryside near Omaha Beach

This is a special place. It's in a terrific location close to the highway and a short drive from Omaha Beach. The owner is a lovely woman. The house is rustic on the outside and updated on the inside. Very comfortable and charming. The views of the cows in the fields and town in the distance are wonderful. We really enjoyed the hot tub and privacy. There is a small town nearby with a small grocery store and 2 wonderful bakeries. Buying food and eating out was challenging since there are limited hours for businesses and restaurants. The wifi at the house was slow. Regardless, this home we highly recommend and we had a wonderful stay with 8 family members (3 generations).

Excellent séjour en famille dans un gîte très bien situé, d'une propreté irréprochable et parfaitement équipé avec des prestations haut de gamme. Les propriétaires sont super sympathiques et disponibles. Vu la présence d'un autre gîte contigu le confort du séjour dépend inévitablement du comportement des voisins mais les propriétaires logent sur place et ils veilleraient à ce que chacun puisse profiter de son séjour dans le respect des autres. Pour nous il n'y a eu aucune nuisance. Nous le recommandons sans réserve.

Karine’s property was clean, magical, and couldn’t have been more perfect for our stay in Normandy. The host could not have been more accommodating! We had a sick child, and they kindly let us stay a few hours longer to get ready for our trip to Paris. The property is perfect and enchanting, with the Jacuzzi as a major Plus, after long days of exploring.

Alle ruimtes van toiletten, badkamer leefruimtes, keuken, onderhoudslokaal, ruimtes buiten de Gite waren zeer schoon. Karinne, de eigenares heeft ons een zeer duidelijke uitleg gegeven en daarbij tips over restaurants in de omgeving. Zeker een aanrader voor een bezoek aan de D-Day stranden.
