This apartment of 75 sqm completely renovated is in the heart of the city of Plestin Les Grèves and 1 kilometer from the sea.

It is ideally located:
* close to all shops (bakery, newsagent, supermarkets - Biocoop Super U)
* close to the large beach, the nautical center and hiking trails.

Local market on Tuesday at night (in season) and large market on Sunday morning (all year).

Très bon séjour dans un appartement avec tout le confort. La literie est parfaite. Cuisine bien équipée. Nous remercions Françoise pour sa réactivité à tout moment. Je recommande cet appartement d’autant que la région et les plages sont magnifiques (même au mois de Janvier)

Tout confort bien placé!

Nous avons loué l'appartement pour 4 jours en Nov. 22. Il est très bien équipé, confortable, propre, silencieux et agréable! Situé à qq min en voiture de la mer et à pied des commerces, il est très bien situé. La propriétaire est agréable également et aucun problème d'organisation! Nous recommandons!

TRES BON LIEU DE SEJOUR

Tout d'abord merci pour votre accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée ainsi que pour les petites attentions offertes (crêpes et cidre) qui ont bien plut. Nous avons passez un agréable séjour en famille, nous ne nous sommes jamais senti a l'étroit alors que nous étions 5. L'appartement est fonctionnel, propre, les lits sont super confortables. Le matériel des premières nécessités (papier toilette, sac poubelles, produits ménagers...) mis à disposition sont appréciables. L'espace extérieur est sans vis à vis, le salon de jardin neuf. Nous avions de tout à proximité, commerces, plages, restaurants ... Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation et nous reviendrons très certainement dès l'an prochain.

Très bonne vacance

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans ce gîte, que nous avons beaucoup savouré. Le gîte est beau et bien équipé et nous avons y trouvé tout que nous fallait. Les routes vers la mer sont un petit peu plus loin qu'indiqué dans l'annonce. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas rencontré Francoise, mais nous avons bien communiqué par messages et sa soeur s'est occupé très gentillement de notre accueil et depart. Alors nous disons Merci beaucoup! Nous pouvons bien recommanader de passer les vacances dans ce gîte.

Très beau et très bien situé

Nous sommes venus du 2 au 9 août à 5, en couple/famille avec notre petit chat. Nous avons adoré. L’appartement totalement rénové est superbe. Très moderne et agréable. Il est bien situé, à quelques mètres d’un Super U avec pompe à essence, de la boulangerie, et du marché local qui vaut le détour, 500 m de la plage,... L’appartement est insonorisé donc les nuits y sont très calmes. Nous avons pu emmener notre petit chat, ce qui est un plus. La propriétaire est disponible malgré la distance, très sympathique et présente s’il y a le moindre problème. Elle est également très ouverte aux avis des locataires et cherche à s’améliorer pour contenter au mieux ses locataires. Nous avions un contact relais à quelques maisons de l’appartement en cas d’urgence. Nous sommes allés à 5 et nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis à l’étroit. L’équipement de l’appartement est remarquable, nous n’avons manqué de rien, tout est prévu dans les moindres détails jusqu’aux couverts à bigorneaux, le couteau à huîtres, le fer à repasser, le sèche cheveux, .... et même une petite farde contenant les activités des alentours proches, les horaires de marées, un récapitulatif du matériel de l’appartement, et tout objet de la vie quotidienne y était prévu. Si nous devions relever un point un peu moins parfait c’est le manque d’endroit pour mettre sécher les essuies dans la salle de bain mais ceci ne nous a que peu importuné car un sèche-linge était également à notre disposition dans la buanderie. De plus, ce point a été abordé avec la propriétaire qui va régler ce petit inconvénient. En bref, si cet endroit vous tente, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, sans crainte. Un grand merci à la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et son souci du détail. Nous retenons cette adresse pour d’éventuelles futures vacances en Bretagne malgré la longue route depuis la Belgique.
