Ideally located between sea and maquis, U Caseddu welcomes you in the middle of nature facing the mountains, and only 15 minutes from beaches, 10 minutes from Porto-Vecchio, 20 minutes from Bonifacio and 15 minutes from Figari airport.
Pretty new house of 60m ² with its private garden of 1000m ² and a swimming pool to share with the owner.
The house consists of a living room with a sofa bed, two bedrooms with beds 140 cm, each with a bathroom with walk-in shower and dressing room, a toilet, a kitchen, covered terrace.
The equipment of the house includes: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, television, wi-fi, vacuum cleaner, table and iron iron, hair dryer, sun bath and barbecue-plancha.
The linen is included (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats, etc ...).
Our four-legged friends are not allowed.
Cleaning fee: 100 €
Deposit: 1.000,00 €
