A house in the Las Marinas (The Bougainvillea), Vera Playa. The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, living / dining room, American kitchen and a sun terrace. The house is within walking distance of the beach and you can walk to Garrucha along the promenade. The house is located in a closed urbanization with two swimming pools. There are bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops in the area, todad within walking distance of the house.
Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

URBANIZACIÓN PRECIOSA
La urbanización es muy bonita, llena de flores y con mucho encanto. Aunque nosotros somos de playa, hay dos piscinas de buen tamaño y con césped alrededor. El alojamiento cómodo, muy completo de menaje del hogar y todo muy limpio, excepto la terraza que esta abandonada y no corresponde con la foto del anuncio por poner una pega.

Acogedor y muy bien equipado
Apartamento #1710 en muy buen estado. Limpio y con todos el equipamiento necesario para pasar unos tranquilos y cómodos días en la playa. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Wifi. Menaje de cocina al completo. Está a 10 minutos andando de la playa. Las piscinas presentan unas muy buenas instalaciones. Lo único que eché en falta fue una segunda copia de las llaves.

Buena comunicación con el profesional, buena ubicación, menos de 10min andando a la playa, la playa de arena muy amplia y no masificada.
La casa limpia, bien equipada y cumple con lo anunciado.

Très bon séjour familial
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la gérante. C'est très bien organisé et tout est prévu en cas de difficultés (numéros d'urgence, ...). L'appartement est également très bien équipé. Deux piscines surveillées sont à disposition dans la résidence fermée, ce qui est très appréciable. Il existe des commerces et un parc aquatique à proximité. Une belle plage est accessible à 10 min à pieds (Petit bémol car ce n'est pas que du sable doux mais des petits cailloux). Les environs ne sont pas très animés mais ce n'est pas embêtant si on recherche la tranquillité pour des vacances en famille. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous recommandons donc cet établissement avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Esta muy equilibrado en calidad /precio pero la azotea está abandonada y solo sirve para tender la ropa es una pena por lo demás muy confortable no le doy las 5 estrellas por la azotea por lo demás todo muy bien y Deborah muy agradable

Lovely week in this pretty house, close to lots of nice restaurants and the beach.
Very much enjoyed our week here. The house was clean and had what we needed. It was situated in a nice urbanisation with a peaceful setting. Close to the beach and local shops and restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer.
