Cute detached house.

New house (2017) on a plot of 500 m², on the heights of Wissant. Country side, 10 minutes walk from the sea. 5 minutes from the center.
Fully enclosed garden.
Old outbuildings preserved but not accessible.
There are still a few finishes to do: landing floor, kitchen door frame.
Upstairs: Parents' bedroom of 14 m². Place for a baby bed.
Large room of 24 m² with a double bed and 2 single beds. Place for a cot.
Shower room with WC, washing machine.
On the ground floor: Entrance, WC, Living room, dining room with fitted kitchen. Very large bay window to enjoy the south-facing garden. Dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster ...

Nice holiday house

We had a nice stay, communication with the owner went all well (only in French). Very helpfull. House is close to the sea on walking distance 800m. Nice garden with enough shadow to hide from the sun if needed.

Cosy bright modern house - great for families

We really enjoyed staying in Damien's house! It is still quite new, spacious with lots of light from the big windows on the garden side. All necessary amenities are available (dish washer, washing machine, lots of plates and glasses, and so on). Note that there is no TV, but we did not miss it. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two singles and a double, so perfect for families with 2 or 3 children (the singles are under the roof, so not that much space above them - good for children). The beds were all comfortable. The interior is modern/timeless, some older cupboards and elements combined with self built shelves and scandinavian style furniture. All rooms are equipped with electric heaters to quickly warm up the house and the fire oven can make the living room warm when it is chilly outside. The house is very well insulated though, the cold winds from the outside will not come inside. There is a parking space in front of the house and the garden is quite spacious with a cement patio in front of the living room. Garden furniture is also available. Damien was very friendly and welcomed us and showed us what we needed to know when we arrive and when we leave. Wissant is a cosy small town/village that has everything you need in walking distance - supermarket, bakeries, and restaurants/cafés and offers a variety of outdoor activities from surfing (waves/wind/kite) to hiking, biking etc.

Heel fijn huis in een rustige buurt. Binnen vijf minuten lopen in het dorp, tien minuten naar het strand. Prettige verhuurders die alles goed uitleggen en snel reageren. Zeer geschikt huis voor twee stellen of een gezin met (vier) kinderen. Goed uitgeruste keuken, leuke inrichting en zeer goed werkende wifi zodat je ook op laptop of tablet tv of films kunt kijken. De tuin is groot en beschut en heeft heerlijke schaduwplekken onder de bomen. Een absolute aanrader.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich wunderbar. Vorab hatte alles schon reibungslos geklappt, ein paar Abende vor der Anreise haben wir von Damien alle wichtigen Infos erhalten. Das Ankommen war damit sehr unkompliziert. Von der ersten Minute an fühlten wir uns super wohl. Das ganze Haus ist in top Zustand und jeder Raum ist absolut liebevoll gestaltet worden. Es hat einen sehr persönlichen Touch und bietet alles was man braucht, und darüber hinaus. Es gibt jedoch keinen Fernseher und kein W-LAN. Uns hat es nicht gefehlt, aber das ist sicherlich wichtig zu wissen. Fragen, die wir am Anfang noch hatten, hat Damien immer super schnell, freundlich und geduldig beantwortet. Die Nachbarschaft besteht zum größten Teil aus "Einheimischen", es gibt nur wenige weitere Ferienhäuser. Dadurch ist es sehr angenehm von der Stimmung. Man sollte sich nur darauf einstellen, dass die Leute drum herum ihren Alltag leben und man darauf Rücksicht nehmen sollte. Was Lärm von außerhalb angeht, ist das Haus übrigens sehr gut isoliert. Wenn die Dachfenster komplett geschlossen werden, hat man es auch ruhig, auch wenn in der Nachbarschaft noch gefeiert werden sollte. Der komplette Aufenthalt war eine riesen Freude. Wenn es sich ergibt, buchen wir das Haus gerne wieder. So gemütlich war es für uns selten in einem Ferienhaus. Vielen Dank, Damien!

Superschönes Haus in Wissant

Das Ferienhaus von Servane und Damien ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, nicht weit weg vom Zentrum und vom Meer. Es ist superhell und freundlich. Bis auf WLAN fehlt es an nichts. Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Uli & Diana

Entspannter Urlaub in sehr schöner Unterkunft

Sehr netter Vermieter, der schnell antwortet und erreichbar ist. Behagliches, voll ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage, aber fußläufig zum Zentrum von Wissant. Haben in dieser Unterkunft zum zweiten Mal unseren Urlaub genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schönes Haus, perfekt für Familien

Wir waren spontan drei Nächte dort. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Lage ruhig aber dennoch nah am Zentrum von Wissant. Unsere Kinder (2, 8) haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat alles, ausser Wlan-auf das man aber auch mal verzichten kann. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen :)

Hübsches ruhiges Haus

wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Wissant. Das Haus ist hervorragend und die Aufteilung der Zimmer super. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die Lage des Hauses in einer ruhigen Straße ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Der Vermieter H. Cavrois ist ein netter Mann.

Douces vacances à Wissant

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Elle est chaleureuse, fonctionnelle et spacieuse. La localisation est parfaite : à l'écart de l'afflux touristique et des voiture, 5 min à pied du village et 10 de la Enfin, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Rien à redire !
