Pine Meadows 124 is a mountain style four bedroom, four and a half bathroom townhome that sits adjacent to the Meadows ski run (location of beginners ski school) and offers easy ski in-ski out convenience. This stylish and very well located property has high a ceiling and tall windows in the family area offering majestic views of the San Sophia Mountains, Meadows ski run, the Peaks hotel and Mountain Village. The Mountain Village core, ski lifts and gondola to Telluride are a very short walk. This property has nice amenities and can sleep up to 10 guests. The main/middle level of the townhome features the great room and dining area. There is a full gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a Cuisinart coffee maker and granite countertops. The dining area/kitchen overlooks the family room with a fireplace, flat screen TV and entertainment center with a DVD player and audio system. A private deck with a gas grill and chairs is a favorite spot to enjoy a beverage and watch the skiers swoosh by. The round dining table seats eight and there are four bar stools at the granite bar. Two full size leather sofas and three comfy chairs provide seating to relax and look at the mountains, watch TV and share memorable conversations. The half bath is also located on this level. Up stairs there are two master suites with king beds. Each has a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, large walk in closet and terrific views. Both bathrooms have steam showers, jetted tubs and granite vanity tops. The lower level of the townhome features two additional suites, each with doors to the stone patio. One suite has two twin beds a flat screen TV and stand up shower. The bunk suite sleeps four and offers a flat screen TV and jetted tub. The laundry room with washer and dryer is also on the lower level. Parking for one vehicle in the garage and one vehicle outside the garage.
