With the famous Lindos village just 3km away with its lively bars, nightlife, wonderful souvenir shops a must see! One of the most visited places in Greece!
This beautiful sea view villa, contemporary living a style which offers modern bright airy rooms, spacious open plan living areas, TV and satellite, fully air conditioned, the kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining and dining, the living areas offer direct access through the patio doors into the generous pool and barbecue sea view terraces, perfectly bedecked for relaxing, entertaining and all fresco dining, enjoying the picture postcard views of the bay over a cool glass of wine in hand!
The shady areas provide the perfect space to hide away with your latest novel or kindle! A true infinity pool, which is heated in April, May to swim in night or day whenever you wish, outside lighting and the views over the bay of Vlycha as the sun goes down creates the mood for you revitalize and indulge in your holiday experience!
The lower level has 3 bedrooms(master bedroom with en-suit bathroom with shower), a family bathroom with bath and shower, fully air conditioning throughout the villa ideally located and designed for your comfort!

Brilliant property,probably in the best location in that part of the island.Beautiful views over the Aegean Sea.Very comfortable inside,well appointed kitchen.Airconditioning worked very well.Used the outside setup for a charcoal bbq which worked very well.

Beautiful property, I don’t think we will forget waking up to that view any time soon. Communication with Svetlana was great she was very helpful and responsive. Only recommendation would be to have some plastic glasses for use around the pool. Oh and please look after the old grey and white cat we adopted !

Perfect Villa. Exactly as described and as the pictures. Beautiful villa, pool and view! Excellent host with great communication. About 3 minute drive into Lindos and walking distance to a number of really nice beachside restaurants. Perfect for our trip and would have no hesitation in recommending or returning

A beautiful villa in a lovely location

I stayed in the villa with my Wife and two sons, and one of their spouses. The villa was perfect for us. The lovely big outside living area was ideal in the warm climate, and was perfect for my Wife who sometimes struggles in the heat. The large supermarket is less than a 2 minute drive and is exceptionally well stocked. The sandy beach at Lindos ia a 3-4 minute drive, but we preferred the less busy beach at Vlycha just a 5-6 minute down the hill. This beach is shingly but has lovely clear water and is perfect for bathing/swimming. Overall extremely happy with the villa and its location. We would definitely recommend to others.

Lovely villa with superb outside pool area.

Lovely villa with superb outside pool and area, with Lindos just 2km away with plenty to explore. Everywhere easy to get to with a car. Rhodes town was great and worth a visit. Svetlana was an excellent host, helping us to get oriented with restaurants, shops and places to visit.

Gorgeous view!

Four of us enjoyed this well-equipped villa at the top of the hill. We loved the covered veranda and all of the comfortable seating. Bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. We appreciated having a car so we could visit the supermarket and bakery, local restaurants, and Palas Beach (parking available) at Lindos. Try Panos- we loved it.

A lovely warm welcome from Svetlana, nothing was too much trouble, even when I forgot the code to the safe, she made a special journey to help, cannot express how beautiful the area is, Lindos at night is a must.

Stunning Villa

First of all the Villa was beautiful. The cleaniness and check in was excellent. Waking up every morning and sitting by the pool is breathtaking! Svetlana was really helpful when we asked what was nearby etc. Sĥe also provided a very reliable taxi man for getting into Lindos. Thank you to Svetlana and Tamara for accommodating all of us.

Fabulous villa

Villa is fantastic. Amazing outdoor kitchen and seating area and the view from the pool area is spectacular. Svetlana could not have been more helpful, even arranging with a local hotel on last day for luggage storage and shower facilities before our late flight. The only downside of the villa is that it is at the top of a VERY steep hill so a car would be preferable.

Great place to stay on a beautiful Island

As a family of 5 we stay in villas every year, this villa is one of the best so far. We were a little early for the season so a lot of places were closed and the island was very quite, but that is how we like our May holiday to be. I can imagine in season the villa is very well placed for everything the island has too offer, Lindos really is 5 minutes away and so is the supermarket. Everything at the villa is clean, well kept and offers an amazing space to enjoy the sun and the island. The pool is properly heated and we were able to swim in comfort even on the cloudy/rainy days. The owner is amazing and was so helpful whilst we were there, thankyou svetlana

Whow!

We stayed for a week in late May. The weather was not the best but the pool was always lovely and warm with the heating. There was plenty of shade around the pool and the outside kitchen was amazing. It was great for evening BBQs and the little ones could go to bed. We found a car to be essential so we could drive to the supermaket. The hill is very steep down to the beach but we drove and there was plenty of parking. We did not use the beach as the pool was so nice. Svetlana the host was so helpful and responded to all my questions very quickly. We would love to go again in the future.

A 5 star holiday at a 5 star villa

Hard to believe but this villa is even better in reality than the photos and description. Whether you want sea or pool, sun or shade, interior or exterior , the choice is yours. It was a pleasure to just lie by the pool , both during the day and the evening, listening only to the pool water. Completely calm. The quiet beach is only a short walk down the hill too (yes, a bit of a steep walk back up so not suitable for the frail or unfit). Go left at the beach to a quiet rocky area at the far end with amazing snorkelling. We could not have enjoyed our holiday more, it was a glimpse of paradise. And thank you Svetlana for the welcome and all the recommendations for us, the perfect host.

Villa Ellada

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Ellada. The property is exactly as advertised and was immaculately clean and in a very good state of repair. The facilities are great and in terms of equipment etc there was nothing missing. Svetlana, as property manager, was exceptional. Unfortunately, the recent wildfires were threatening to cut our stay short and we received eviction notices from the authorities. However, Svetlana kept us fully appraised of the situation on a regular basis. When we had temporarily lost electricity and water supply due to the fires she even offered to let us use another property. Couldn't possibly ask for more and Svetlana was the icing on the cake of what was a fabulous stay.

A fabulous villa

After it being touch and go, we finally made it to the villa we had only dreamt about during lockdown. Svetlana was absolutely amazing, she kept in touch with us and reassured us at all times leading up to the holiday. She was on hand during the holiday too, sending really helpful information. The villa was perfect and as described. It was very clean on arrival, and the house keeper had left a very thoughtful welcome pack that included wine, meat, cheese, milk, bread, juice etc. The pool and seating area is definitely what makes the villa. We never got bored of sitting by the pool and looking out to the amazing sea view. The location is fantastic too. It’s a five minutes drive from a large supermarket with an amazing bakery next door and an eight minute drive to Lindos. Lindos is the most beautiful town and as we were there just after Greece opened up its borders to the UK, we practically had it to ourselves at first. Over the few weeks of being there it was wonderful to watch Lindos getting busier for the Greeks, but wonderful to have a little bit of heaven to ourselves for a few days. Thank you Svetlana for a wonderful holiday and for all your reassurance leading up to it.

TRULY WONDERFUL

We have just had the most loveliest week at this lovely villa. We are a family of four - two teenagers 14 and 17. The villa itself is spacious, clean and modern. And the pool and outside area is just wonderful. You do really need a car even though everything is in walking distance, the hill down to the village is very steep (not too bad going down, but coming up is hard work especially in the heat). We rented a little run around from the village for 150 euros, which made life so much easier especially when popping to the supermarket, etc. Although you can get taxis. There is a lovely hotel (Lindian Jewell) with a great bar area that we ate in a few times and on two occasions we had a takeout which was delivered to our villa by lovely Nikitas. Their food is great and they are so friendly. We cannot praise Svetlana enough. She is a lovely lovely lady who will go way beyond the call of duty for you. Thank you so much Svetlana xxx There was a lovely welcome pack of bread, cheese, ham, snacks, water, and wine on arrival for us, the pool was cleaned, the garden done and the villa cleaned too. We had the most wonderful relaxing holiday - thank you again xxxxx
