Cute, updated 4 season Cotton Lake cottage with an amazing beach/dock provides a scenic getaway. This is a great home base for your lakes country vacation with close access to:

- Snowmobile and ATV trails,
- Smoky Hills State Forest,
- Shady Hollow Flea Market,

House features inviting common areas for vacationers to hang out. Located within 30 second walking distance to Curley's on Cotton Lake (family bar and grill), so no need to worry about preparing food! In the wintertime it's less than a minute away to a plowed ice fishing road. There's no better place to take in the sunsets!
