Nous avons passĂ© 10 jours dans cet appartement avec nos 2 enfants. Dans l'ensemble le sĂ©jour fut plutĂŽt agrĂ©able, voici pour moi les points positifs et les points nĂ©gatifs.Points positifs : - l'appartement est assez prĂšs de la mer, largement faisable Ă  pieds avec des enfants- la clim est un gros plus car toutes les piĂšces en sont Ă©quipĂ©es- la place de parking attribuĂ© Ă  chaque logement est aussi trĂšs pratique- l'appartement est grand, nous ne sentions pas Ă  l'Ă©troit Ă  4- le fait de fournir draps et serviettes ainsi que le mĂ©nage soit est vraiment apprĂ©ciable - la piscine est plutĂŽt agrĂ©able Points nĂ©gatifs :- le lave vaisselle est je pense Ă  changer, il ne lave rien, nous avons fait la vaisselle Ă  la main toute la semaine meme aprĂšs avoir bien nettoyĂ© tous les filtres nous-mĂȘmes ça n'a servit Ă  rien- le wifi est trĂšs mauvais il fonctionne trĂšs rarement et le rĂ©seau est tout aussi mauvais - il serait bien d'installer un systĂšme dans la baignoire pour tenir correctement le pommeau qui ne fait que tomber, ce n'est pas pratique- il manque des ustensiles pour le barbecue- ajouter des ampoules lĂ  oĂč il en manque- nous avons dĂ» dĂ©tartrer nous mĂȘme la bouilloire qui Ă©tait vraiment trĂšs encrassĂ©e Et j'ajoute que l'immeuble en lui mĂȘme est trĂšs bruyant ...mais cela n'est pas du ressort des propriĂ©taires bien sĂ»r. Dans l'ensemble nous avons tout de mĂȘme passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour.

Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in einer sehr schönen, sauberen Anlage. Lediglich die Anmeldung bei der Anreise/Abreise war nur in Spanisch oder Französisch möglich. Dennoch alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Wunderbar

Wir haben uns wohl und wie Zuhause gefĂŒhlt. Die Wohnung ist angenehm groß und die beiden Balkone bieten viel Platz. Das Swimmingpool ist erfrischend und der Garten ist gepflegt und bietet viel Schatten und Spielmöglichkeiten (Tischtennis, Boule). L' Escala bietet alles was man sich im Urlaub wĂŒnscht - uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Bei der Kommunikation mit der Agentur ist es hilfreich Französisch zu sprechen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer schöner umgezĂ€umten Anlage mit Pool und Spielplatz. Der Strand ist nicht weit weg. Auf dem Weg zum Strand gibt es BĂ€ckerei und ein Spar GeschĂ€ft. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Die Wohnung hat eine zentrale Klimaanlage und einen schönen Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die SchrĂ€nke in der KĂŒche waren leider nicht sauber. Ansonsten sehr schöne Wohnung.

Wonderful property

We loved this apartment. It was very airy and clean . It is in an amazing location. You can walk to the local beach and the old quarter. The pool is a great size and the garden area is a great place to relax. It was great that there was a table tennis table there too! Fantastic place to stay with a family.

Appartement bien situé, trÚs agréable à vivre, partie collective (piscine, espace vert...) superbe, mer à moins de 10 minutes à pied, ville trÚs sympathique, tout pour passer d'agréables vacances. Deux petits bémols, 1seul couteau "qui coupe", grille pain trÚs vétuste, sinon tout le reste est parfait. Allez y les yeux fermés

Fantastico apartamento a mejorar la limpieza y el mantenimiento.

El apartamento estĂĄ muy bien, la piscina comunitaria es fantastica y la ubicaciĂłn muy buena a 10 minutos de la playa pero en zona tranquila y con parquing. Los colchones merecen un cambio y habrĂ­a que mejorar la limpieza y el mantenimiento. La canasta y el ping-pong de la zona comunitaria estĂĄn en zona de sol todo el dĂ­a sin sombra con lo que en pleno verano es practicamente inservible.
