Complete 3300 sq. ft. basement with walkout / walkup area with open windows to the back yard. Enjoy the landscaping and let your kids run free in the yard or play on the swing set. Kitchen, Living Room, and Dining area are designed to allow you to relax and enjoy the amenities and feel at home. Desk and work area are available if needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect place for our family to gather and there was plenty of entertainment provided for all ages. It was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely book again for our next trip to Provo.

Enjoyed our stay

The property was as advertised. Good location, near BYU, but not within easy walking distance. Street parking was easy and safe. Inside was clean and well maintained. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. Beds were comfortable with nice sheets and bath towels. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for my family

We stayed at this property for a few days and it was perfect. I have kids ages 1, 5, 8, 11 & 14 and there was room for everyone and plenty for everyone to do. The yard is really nice and the location was close to several places we were visiting. The host was quick to respond and accommodating to get us a high chair and crib. We would love to stay there again.

Home away from home

We loved the open feeling of this place. Even though it is a basement suite, it was bright and open and homey. We felt like we were at home and were able to visit with our children in a comfortable place. The hosts were great, they made sure we felt welcome. We hope to stay again.

Amazing place and hosts!

We had the best time here! The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible! The area is amazing with Mountain View’s everywhere. Safe and welcoming neighborhood. We will definitely be back! Cleanliness was top notch! Thank you Andrea and Franklin!

Clean, comfortable and great location

We stayed at this home for one week while my son attended a BYU sports camp. The location was perfect--just a five-minute drive to BYU. The house itself is very clean, nicely furnished and had everything we needed. My boys loved the pool table and air hockey table. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Property and Superb Hosts

Andrea and Franklin are excellent hosts in every way. Communication is outstanding. This property is in a great location, close to everything you need, including BYU. It is spacious, clean and well stocked. You won’t go wrong staying here. We’ll be back.

Spacious Apartment

We stayed in this spacious basement apartment while in town for a graduation. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient to BYU. The owners were friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. We were grateful to have roomy accommodations, and the pool table was a bonus. We wished we had little ones with us to enjoy the cute little kitchen play area!

Five Star Accommodations

This property is beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. All family members could relax and rejuvenate. We enjoyed playing air hockey and pool together. The kids loved the play areas. We felt pampered. The location was convenient for the family activities we attended. Exquisite experience!

BYU graduation

We stayed in this home for our daughter's graduation from BYU. Thr house is roomy and has a lot of beds. It is a comfy space and accommodated our group of 9. Wish it had cable as we had a hard time getting the NBA playoffs on the current TV set up but was still fine. Not too far away from Provo/Orem.

Robert - Greetings. I am sorry that you were not able to get the NBA playoff games. We do have many streaming services in lieu of cable TV. We have found that most guests would prefer to use the streaming services to be able to access movies and shows without the commercials etc. Our streaming services also included ESPN+, which would have provided you the option to watch the NBA. I wish we would have known you were looking for that option to watch the playoffs and we would have made sure all was working for you. I hope this does not impact your decision for future stays. Great unit to spend time with Family

We visited our college kiddo over spring break and this spacious unit was perfect. Our group was 2 adults, 2 college students and a high school kid. Close to campus, restaurants, shopping etc, we enjoyed the media room and projection TV, pool table, foosball table and big dining table to play games and puzzles. We didn't have any littles with us, but the fun little play area is very cute, and they have a nice yard (it snowed while we were there, very pretty view). We skied/snowboarded in Brighton, which was about an hour drive from the unit. The hosts are very nice and accommodating, we felt very welcome. Thank you!

Best place in Provo

The Stone family have the best place to stay in Prove. It a great location in a very upscale family neighborhood. No college kids around. Quiet, easy access. This home was the model for what all VRBO's should be. The beds were made up like a Christmas present. Tight corners and not a wrinkle on the sheets. Each room was true to a theme. The nautical room even had a crab pillow on the bed. The baths were perfect with towels perfectly center and folded in the cupboards. The kitchen had all the plates cups and bowls labeled where they are and where they go. The basement was perfect for our stay. The Stone family responded to all our request promptly. I recommend this place and will look them up on my next stay in Provo

We have been married for over 31 years and have six wonderful children. We love hosting guests. We have traveled many times and found it very frustrating to be at a hotel and only have four guests per room. Even after renting two - three rooms, we still did not have the amenities to make visiting together as fun as it should be on a vacation. We choose to rent our home because we know the benefits of visiting and staying together in a location everyone can relax and enjoy talking, playing games, watching movies, and just being in the same room together as a large group.
